Taking down carefully, dismantling and opening the following fans of any size/ any make after disconnecting the electric connection for attending repairs, reassembling, refixing and re-connecting the fans to ceiling rose/connector after necessary servicing and replacing the spare parts etc., complete all as specified and as directed:- Note: (i) Rewinding, painting and supply only of spares will be measured separately. (ii) Servicing like cleaning, application of lubricant oil/ grease, replacement of pins, nuts, bolts etc. is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Ceiling fan 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep.

Exhaust fan plastic body upto 300mm sweep.

Exhaust fan iron body upto 300mm sweep.

Exhaust fan iron body 450mm sweep.

Wall mounting fan air circulator of any sweep.

Rewinding of fans of any make/ type of following sweep with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size to get designed speed for the particular make of fans including insulating varnishing, providing sleeves etc., complete all as specified and as directed:-

Ceiling fan 1200 mm/ 1400mm sweep.

Wall mounting fan air circulator of any sweep.

Exhaust fan iron body upto 300mm sweep.

Exhaust fan iron body 450mm sweep.

Exhaust fan plastic body upto 300mm sweep.

Supply only condenser 2.5 Mfd capacity for any make/ sweep/ type of fans, conforming to relevant IS specification and as directed.

Supply only condenser 3.15 Mfd capacity for any make/ sweep/ type of fans, conforming to relevant IS specification and as directed

Supply only condenser 4 Mfd capacity for any make/ sweep/ type of fans, conforming to relevant IS specification and as directed

Supply only ball bearing of size 6201 suitable for any make/ sweep/ type of fans, conforming to relevant IS specification. Make: SKF/ equivalent in NBC

Supply only ball bearing of size 6202 suitable for any make/ sweep/ type of fans conforming to relevant IS specification. Make: SKF/ equivalent in NBC

Supply only gun metal bush for any make/ sweep / type of fans.

Supply only canopy plastic with fixing arrangement, top and bottom for ceiling fan of any make/ sweep as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber bush real type suitable for 1200/ 1400/ 1500mm sweep ceilings fans of any make as specified and directed.

Supply only steel shaft with Welding and grinding for the motor suitable for any make of fans/ sweep/ type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply for condenser housing clamp for ceiling fan of any size all as directed.

Supply only ceiling fan hanging clamp with rubber bush suitable for ceiling fan of any size all as specified and directed.

M&L repair to steel shaft of motor of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any size by welding and grinding complete all as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun on body and blades of ceiling fans of any size including filling the cavities with filler after cleaning, scraping all dust/ rust from fans/ down rods/ blades etc., and numbering the fans "MES NO" with black enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only down rod 15mm bore made out of galvanised iron with complete provision for hanging ceiling fan including cutting, provisioning of threads at both ends and making suitable holes for inserting split pins/ cotter pins including suitable check nuts and necessary clamps socket with insulating rubber bush complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electronic ceiling fan regulator, dimmer type, 450 watts, 250 volts including taking down old damaged fan regulator any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular fan regulator, step type, 120 Watt, 2-module including taking down old damaged fan regulator any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing blade set for ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep of any make, colour and pattern as per existing one with fixing screws complete including taking down Unserviceable blade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs hanging hook for ceiling of round shape suitable for 50mm dia pipe with suitable nuts and bolts etc. including taking down Unserviceable hanging hook complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 1.00 sqmm twin core flexible wire with copper conductor and connecting from ceiling rose to fan all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement louvers suitable for exhaust fan of size upto 450mm sweep as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fastener 4" suitable for fixing exhaust fan on wall including taking down Unserviceable fastener all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) of any type and any make upto 50 Litre capacity after disconnecting all electric connection; descaling the inner container, heating element, base assembly etc. by using diluted hydrochloric acid and cleaning thoroughly, filling the inner container with water and checking and arresting leakage if any, reassembling the geyser after servicing and replacing unserviceable spare parts and refixing including making water connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Spare parts like heating element, thermostats, hot/ cold water lines, PVC connections etc., shall be measured and pair separately. (ii) Painting shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down the copper/ steel inner container of the geysers and replacing the worn out brass studs and copper tubing for the following capacity geysers complete all as specified and directed:-

Geysers of capacity 25 Ltrs.

Geysers of capacity 50 Ltrs.

Supply only heating element 2 KW capacity suitable for AC single phase 50Hz, 230 Volts suitable for geysers for thread type/ press type/ triangular/ circular type all specified and as directed.

Supply only heating element 1.5KW capacity suitable for AC single phase 50Hz, 230 Volts suitable for geysers for thread type/ press type/ triangular/ circular type all specified and as directed.

Supply only thermostat automatic cut off with ISI mark suitable to geysers of any range from 20° C to 90° C all as specified and directed.

Supply only hot water steel guarded PVC connection pipe 450mm long with self locking nut at both ends suitable for 15mm bore outlet all as specified and directed.

Supply only cold water steel guarded PVC connection pipe 450mm long with self locking nut at both ends suitable for 15mm bore outlet all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white or brown tint as directed by spraying to the geysers including cleaning the dust/ rust from the body and numbering the geysers 'MES No' with black enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only phase indicating neon lamp round or rectangular type suitable for single phase 230 volts, 50Hz AC for respective make of the geysers including taking down Unserviceable lamp . Note: Set of two lamps containing green and red colour shall be counted as one unit.

Supply only non return valve 15mm bore of gun metal conforming to relevant IS specification all as specified and directed.
