Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including disposing of the rubbish materials outside of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floor (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work including cutting reinforcement to facilitate demolition and disposing of the rubbish materials outside of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping on top of drain walls and the like including formwork, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and finishing exposed faces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/ stopped ends etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-floors, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 30 mm deep 10mm wide and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 150mm thickness of concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4; type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs , landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

All as per item No. 13 here-in-before, but TMT mild steel bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia.

Demolition brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

All as per item. 15 here-in-before, but for ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling/ masonry all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boulder Stone pitching; laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness as in floors, aprons etc., including cleaning and stacking for reuse complete all as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Fly ash brick 75 kg/cm. sq compressive strength. Modular size, is slaight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 20 above but except stone

M&L for boulder pitching using random rubble stone, laid dry, hand packed tightly including grouting with cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 22 above but except boulder.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble, un-coursed masonry built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down in cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick, stone wall, concrete block masonry etc., including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep soft/ loose soil complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m depth but not exceeding 3 m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 3m depth but not exceeding 4.5m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 250m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil material exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed.

Supply only sand and saw dust mixed in proportion 1:1 for forming embankments of firing range; including depositing and stacking the same complete all as directed. Note: (i) For purpose of payment punned thickness only will be measured. (ii) Mixing of sand saw dust shall be carried out at site under supervision Engg-in-charge to ensure the proportion 1:1 (1 portion of sand : 1 portion of saw dust)

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc, not exceeding 1.5m high from base all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.35 here-in-before, but height exceeding 1.50m but not exceeding 3m.

All as per item No.35 here-in-before, but height exceeding 3m but not exceeding 4.5m.

All as per item No.35 here-in-before, but height exceeding 4.5m but not exceeding 6m. Note for item no 35 to 38: (i) Part of excavated earth obtained vide item no 28 to 30 and Item no 34 shall be used for forming embankment.

M&L for three coats of white wash on walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., on newly plastered walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old decorative surface of walls and applying one coat of white wash, including removing of unnecessary nails, making good holes, cracks, etc., with lime putty or Plaster of Paris to make the surface smooth wherever necessary complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old external decorative surface of walls, cornices etc., and applying one coat of silicon based exterior emulsion paint, including removing of unnecessary nails, making good holes, cracks, etc., with lime putty or Plaster of Paris to make the surface smooth wherever necessary complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) The amount against Schedule of Credit mentioned in tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contarct Sum for Acceptance.
