M & L for 8 to 10mm thick 600x600mm Vitrified double charge tiles coloured light shade tiles of size (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles n. exeeding 0.36 sqm in floor etc, with & including 5mm thick adhesive of Ferrouscrete (FERRO-1122) / Fevimate XL- Pidilite / Gold star of Bal Endura or equivalant including necessary roughning of existing PCC flooring & levelling the floor if required, grouting the joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for DGVT vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm including 10mm thick backing layer of CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finised surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over layer of smooth Putty finish as required punning 3mm thick over a coat of primer strictly as per manufactuure instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling (fixed at any portion but not backing) including cement mortar bedding and removing and removing rubbish off the premises (outside MD land)

M&L for Non Skid rectified ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc.set laid in flooring with 15mm screed bed in cm 1:4 including levelling the floor etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and as directedthe following situations. M&L coloured glazed rectified ceramic tiles 300 X 450 X 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as in dado/ skirting over & incl 15mm th backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the coloure of tiles complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Somany,Orient bell & Kajaria.

S&F white vitreous china ware wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) with matching plastic seat cover fixed in repairs

S&F 10 ltr capaciaty PVC low level flushing cistern with dual flushing system including brackets 5/10 litre capacity with 32mm bore polythene flush pipe of sufficient lenght including internal fitting (valve less syphonic) etc. complete fixed as in repairs. MAKE : Jaquar continetal/ Grohe / Kohler.

S&F in repairs wash hand basin vitreous china white (flat back) of size 550x400mm including pillar cock , CI bracket 15mm dia polythene connection , 32mm dia waste coupling and 32mm dia PVC waste pipe 90cm long etc. complete all as specified,including taking down the existing wash hand basin. Refixing of wooden/aluminium shutters exc 1 SQM but not.exc 2 SQM EACH in same opening EACH.which includes taking down easing and adjusting & also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc
