Taking down carefully aluminium/copper conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour point wiring for light point/ fan/bell point, one light/fan/bell point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed FR cables in and including 20 mm dia or higher size PVC concealed conduits and fittings of medium grade, including pressed steel terminal switch boxes, 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectioanl area multistranded copper conductor FR PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing two single core, 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FR cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and including suitable size PVC conduit (ISI marked), concealed, including 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FR cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Cutting chases for conceal conduit in walls / ceilings and making good to match with the existing surface shall be deemed included in unit rate of this item).

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB TPN 63 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 415 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixing in repair sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB 20 Amps 240 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for checking of ceiling fans upto 1400 mm after taking down the fan carefully and removing from site to workshop including rewinding of fan coil with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and heat varnishing including greasing of bearings & other moving parts, replacement of capacitor 2.5 mfd , split pin, jam nut & rubber bush including testing and refixing the same in original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for checking of Exhaust fans upto 450 mm after taking down the fan carefully and removing from site to workshop including rewinding of fan coil with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and heat varnishing including greasing of moving parts replacement of capacitor 2.5 mfd including testing and refixing the same in original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for checking of wall mounted fan any sweep after taking down the fan carefully and removing from site to workshop including rewinding of fan coil with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and heat varnishing including greasing of moving parts replacement of capacitor 2.5 mfd including testing and refixing the same in original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs 0.5 sqmm two core copper conductor flexible unsheathed multistranded for electric connection of fan to ceiling rose including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs plastic ventilation exhaust fan 200 mm sweep including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 25 x 4 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 8mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I and testing on completion. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.
