Operation and maintenance of STP and related pumping stations with all required repairs of all installed pumps and motors for regular and uninterrupted round the clock pumping for effective sewage treatment including deployment of minimum 5 1/4 nos.man power per day with all risk and cost of the contractor as per instruction of EIC for 5 years period inclusive of @ 15% of contractor's margin(Suitable deduction shall be made for idle pumping hours in STP due to delay in repairing of pumps and Motors. etc.)

Sewer pipe line maintenance including cleaning of sewer pipes, trenching all depths, refilling all complete as per instruction of the EIC (Conctractor has to deploy 9 Nos. of sweepers daily with bamboo, rope etc.)

Procurement of testing apparatus, reagents and daily testing of raw and treated sewage for parameters like TSS, BOD, PH and O&G as per norms at the house lab. and weekly testing from laboratory approved/recognised by MOEF/CPCB/NABL/Govt. of India as per the instruction of EIC and obtaining consent letters and daily recording of quantity of flow of sewage/treated sewage by flowmeter etc all complete during 5 years period.

Repairing and maintenance of sewage pumps (submersible) including replacement of damaged oil seal, motor cooling oil, rewinding of motors up to 30 HP (Old copper wire of winding to be returned to the department) including lowering, lifting and over hauling as per Instruction of EIC etc. all complete during 5 years period.
