| 1.00Major overhauling of complete mechanism assembly of pneumatic type 145KV SF-6 CGL make (Mfg Year 1995) Circuit Breaker installed on LV Side Bays of 220/132KV, 160MVA TF-1, 2 & 3 Bays at 400 KV Sub-station Unnao. The work includes overhauling of complete control valve assembly by replacement of control valve seat, O-Ring P-50 and Roller C/D. Overhauling of holding latch, anti-pumping pin, opening & cleaning of pneumatic system, cylinder shock absorber etc. cleaning & greasing of all these parts, opening and cleaning of reservoir with replacement of O-6mm and 12mm gas pipe assembly. Checking of electrical connection and tightening them. Rectification of air leakage problem through NRV safety valve replacement of consumable spares as roller D valve sheet, O-rings of suitable size and other damaged rings if necessary. Overhauling of NRV and air filter of switch cubical along with replacement of all defective gaskets. Rectification of gas leakage by replacement of O-ring and brazing of gas pipe assembly of the mechanism, Checking and adjustment of air pressure switches and gas pressure switches and their replacement if required. Measurement of tripping/closing time of CB measurement of Contact Resistance of CB with digital meter and sunmission of report with all cost of required required O-rings, gaskets, misc. consumable items, skilled technician and T&P for satisfactory completion of work. | ||||||
