   (a) Railway reserves the right to purchase Bulk Quantity from those sources who have been approved by Bureau of Indian Standards or its authorized dealers for the IS:1363(Latest) on or before the date of tender opening. But in case of removal or suspension or banning or degradation after opening the tender, such cases will be taken into account while deciding tender. (b) Firm has to mention the valid CM/L Number along with the offer failing which their offer will be summarily rejected. (c) Dealers/authorized Firm's quoting on behalf of the sources approved by the BIS should enclose authorization/dealership certificate and CM/L Number from OEM, failing which Railway reserves the rights to ignore the offer.
