M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken portion of RCC slab/roof treatment with the following courses of treatment/specification :- (i) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4 in 15 mm thick for laying as in sunken portion with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) Preparation of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25 ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied by torch application over bituminous primer as specified. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. Note:-The work of sunken portion treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer. Contractor shall submit documentary evidence on support of applicator engaged for approval of GE.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel n. exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450X 350X 7mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tiles including 10mm thick rendring in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even on vertical surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and granite laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, appron cill or platform etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & for Green marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation.
