Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters upto 10 meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead : Of sectional area below 40 sqcm.

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 meters lead : Thickness above 10 mm upto 25 mm

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kinds of Soil Lead upto 50 meter beyond 1 m from cutting edge

Providing and laying of stone soling / boulders (Hand Packed) including ramming, dressing and watering all complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
