Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 1200mmx600mm & 8 to 9 mm thick on vertical surface of walls such as in dado, skirting etc; including and jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles, including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in light shade cement to match with shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item No 22 here in before but as in skirting, dados, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 mm thick black granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone including rounding and moulding of edge and making hole for cooking gas pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre Polished Kota Stone in single piece 15 to18 mm thick on risers of steps laid over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4, fixed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall and ceiling including raking out joint, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing paint, putty and primer coating and exposing the surface till plaster level, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and applying , one component penetrative-cum-film forming interior waterproofing solution, with negative hydrostatic resistance upto 4 bar, with forced coverage of 350 ml per Sqm single coat using brush or roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and applying, two components acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating on new masonry surfaces devoid of plaster, with Hydrostatic resistance upto 5 bars with forced coverage of 1.75 Kg per Sqm in two coats using roller or brush with a gap of 4 to 6 hrs between the coats. The coats to be applied shall be perpendicular to each other complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Coverage is to be strictly maintained for film formation.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including cornices plaster etc and applying two coats oil bound distemper of any colour over a coat of 1mm wall care putty on wall including rubbing with sand paper to achieve a smooth surface and sharp straight edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls applying a coat of exterior water based primer with aireless spray techonology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI by Trucare Graco machine and applying two coat of exterior weather proof anit algae, 100% acrylic emulsion with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI by Trucare Graco machine/Airless paint sprayer (Vands Engineering solutions)/Airless sprayer machine Surya 9 (Jaguar)/Control Pro 190 Air paint sprayer (Wagner) and capable of operational single spray gun with a maximum materials hose length 150m working,complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment i.e. white wash ,colour wash ,distempering etc. of wall complete , applying a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty on wall including rubbing with sand paper to achieve a smooth surface and sharp straight edges etc. complete as per manufacturer's instructions and directed at site and applying two coats of oil bound distemper any colour complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment i.e. white wash, colour wash, cement paint etc. on wall and ceiling complete, with help of hand opeated sander or by manual where it is feasible and preparing the surfaces smooth including necessary repair to depressions/cracks by wall care putty/POP & apply a coat of exterior water based primer with aireless spray techonology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI by Trucare Graco machine/Airless paint sprayer (Vands Engineering solutions)/Airless sprayer machine Surya 9 (Jaguar)/Control Pro 190 Air paint sprayer (Wagner) and applying two coat of exterior weather proof anit algae 100% acrylic emulsion with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI by Trucare Graco machine and capable of operational single spray gun with a maximum materials hose length 150m working complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (any colour) on ceiling over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling, including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spotsetc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spotsetc and applying two coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing sunken portion treatment by demolition of old concrete and carry out the sunken treatment as in following steps given below and procedure as per Appendix 'C' of particular specifications :-

S&F of drainage spout GI pipe 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600 mm long).

M&L for PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 50 mm thick laid in slope towards drainage out spout pipe mixed with waterproofing chemical as per manufacturer instructions of manufacturer. Khurra 150mmx150mm (min) at appropriate location for free flow (of leaked water if any) towards drainage spouts shall be provided integrally while laying PCC. Fixing of spout shall be done with same PCC as in this item.

M&L for 18 mm thick cement platster in CM 1:3 on vertical faces mixed with water proofing chemical of approved manufacturer as per appendix 'D'.

Item no 46.03 shall be executed while concrete is green as per item no 46.03 above and proper curing and ponding test shall be done before laying drainage/water supply pipes upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Applying two coats of SIKA TOP seal 107 of SIKA or other techno commercially of approved manufacturer as per appendix 'D'.

Drainage and water supply pipe if required & test for leakage/sanitary pipes and shall be laid to slope and a clear gap underneath the pipes shall be made available by providing suitable cement concrete blocks.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as reqd depth at site over and including 150mm thick 20mm single sized stone agg to provide a filter media.

M&L PCC 25 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm grade crushed stone aggregate as level course.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick non skid ceramic coloured joint less tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc; laid jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed filled with epoxy chemical of approved manufacturer as per appendix 'D'. .mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item :- (i) Waterproofing Treatment shall be undertaken alongwith laying of drainage pipes/Sanitary pipes/ Drainage Spout etc (ii) The work shall be carried out as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. (iii) The sunken treatment work shall only be carried out after written approval of Engineer in charge for Leakage/seepage of water/sanitary pipes. (iv) Cost of drainage spout shall deemed to be included in the item however sanitary pipe, water pipe line if required shall be paid separately under respective item. (v) Laying of Chemical required for varios applications shall be as per manufacturer instructions. (vi) Plan area shall only be measured and paid.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel/GI tubing and connection including removal of fittings of any type and material complete and all as specified and directed.
