Construction of Spillway at downstream of Longa river at the Khagrabari village under Fulguri VCDC, Chirang under Grants to BTC for Infrastrucure Development Fund for the FY 2025-26

Construction of RCC Check Dam (6.25A(i)+7.2):and drawing including dressing the foundation, shoring etc. removing the surplus spoils by head lead to asafe distance, watering, breaking clods to not more than 10 cm cube with compensation all complete as directed at site (including bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary).

12.4:-Supplying, fitting, fixing & laying M.S./ Tor Steel of all sizes in position as per design anddrawing as required including cutting, cranking & making hooks with necessary lappages & tying with wire(black) complete as directed including cost of all materials.

Reinforced C.C. work in prop. 1: 2: 4 with aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm free from dust, dirt & foreign materials with proper reinforcement as per design and drawing including rodding/ vibrating, curing etc. with bailing out of water where necessary complete as directed. (payment of reinforcement will be madeseparately)

C/ (12.2B(i)+7.1(ii): Without shuttering & with dewatering-

Cement concrete work in prop. 1: 3: 6 with aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm free from dust, dirt & foreign materials including rodding/ vibrating, curing etc. with bailing out of water where necessary with supplying of all materials complete as directed. (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clean water shouldbe made at site)

Cement concrete work in prop. 1: 4: 8 with aggregate of size 13 mm to 48 mm free from dust,dirt & foreign materials including rodding/ vibrating, curing etc. with bailing out of water where necessary with supplying of all materials complete as directed. (Temporary arrangement for obtaining clean water should bemade at site)

B/ (10.4B(i)+9.2(ii)+8.1+7.1(ii)): With shuttering- with dewatering –––

14.1 (ii):-6 mm thick cement plastering including clearing the surface and curing etc. completeas directed (Prop. 1: 3).

23.7:-Supplying and mixing Rapidite with C.C./ R.C.C. work under sub- surface level complete.

(1.2A+2.1B(ii)+2.1A(ii): Collection & supply of one man size hard river boulder of size 23 cm to 30 cm includingloading, unloading, stacking at measurable stacks at site not more than 1.00 m height including paying forest royalty, sales tax etc. including local carriage to work site etc.

21.1A:-Labour for pitching with one man size boulder including dressing and ramming the seat to proper size and slope pitching etc. with local carriage of boulders from a distance of 50 m with lift upto 3 m complete as directed.

(1.3D+2.1B(ii)+2.1A(ii):Collection and supply of hard river gravel of size 13 mm to 38 mm including carriage to work site and stacking in measurable stacks etc. complete as directed. (Distance = 30 KM)

Item No. 11/ 21.1B:-Labour for spreading hard river gravel/ broken stone of size 13 mm to 38 mm to required thickness including ramming and dressing the seat before laying the materials completeas directed including all local carriage etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 12/(1.3D+2.1B(ii)+2.1A(ii)+21.1B: -concrete blocks complete as directed. (6 mm to 19 mm size aggregate).

Item No. 13/ 6.27:-Earth work in back filling of structure with earth obtained from out side borrow pits & filling in 15 cm. layers, ramming, dressing & competition and watering including paying compensationof land if any (with lead up to 3M and lift 1.50M).

Construction of Guide Bund ITEM NO.1/ 6.29:- Earth work in filling in marginal bund, guide bund, afflux bund, canal embankmentetc. to the designed section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling inuniform layers not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees up to 15cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat of embankment and borrow pit area, bre-aking clods to not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seatof embankment profilling etc. Paying compensation of earth borrowed from private or forest land, if any, with lead up to 30 m and lift up to 1.50 m complete as directed.

Item No. 2: -Construction of boulder sausage work of size 1.00m x 1.00m including supplying of all materials with 23cm to 30cm size boulders collecting from a lead of 50Km encased in 15cmx15cm mesh of 8G/10G hexagonal wire netting and filling the voids between the boulders with stone not exceeding 18cm in size tied with 10G/18G galvanised tying wire at 30cm apart, laid in position as directed including necessary local carriage of materials, paying necessary forest royalty including providing 1 no. of whole jati bamboo horizontal runner along the top of the sausage with vertical bhaluka bamboo post 1.50m apart driven at least 0.60m below ground and tying with sausage etc, all complete as directed.
