Cleaning all the six floors inside , all the office rooms including cleaning food ewastes ,removing machinery cleaning wastes and clearing away from the site ,cleaning of cobweb ,dust from walls and ceiliing of office rooms, stairs, grills, glasses in the doors and panels, cleaing of bath and toilets, maintenance of sewer pipe line , sewage disposal from septic tank by motor pumping operation whenever required , maintenance of water supply line to drinking , to bath and toilet usage and maintenance of purified water units, canalisation of drains, diverting rock seepage water into drains, cleaning of water leakages from machineries and access tunnel side drains and maintenance of sanitation inside the power house , cleanng of the access tunnel throughout from 501 entry point to repair bay, cleaning and sweeping in 501 entry surrouniding areas, in ADIT-I, ADIT-II and ADIT-III surrounding areas of the Kadamparai Underground Power House including cost of all materilas , labour , lead, lift, etc., complete.
