M&L for preparation of Old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying a coat of whitewash complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500m where directed. M&L for providing water proofing treatment to sunken floors all as given below:- (a) Marking fillets of size 25mm x 25mm at corner of slab and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of tapecrete P-151, two parts of cement and 6 parts of fine sand by weight. (b) Sealing of joints of pipe with epoxy putty CICO POXY LC or epoxy mortar CICO POXY 2125. (c) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-152 Acrylic Polymer Modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part TAPECRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight. The coating shall be carried out upto 300mm above FFL and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6hours. (d) Applying a coat of TAPECRETE brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151, two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured to 2 days. (e) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with CICO super @ 100ml per 50Kg cement on treated surface. (f) Providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC or Dr Fixit as per manufacturer's instruction in sunken slab over brickbat. (g) Fill the sanitary gaps with Dr Pidilite sealing compounds complete.
