INSTALLATION OF TUBE WELL :

Preparation of site for placement of the drilling rig including excavation of mud pit, circulation drain, collection chamber etc. all complete as directed.

Movement of Rig from the Divisional Head Quarter to the drilling site including cost of P.O.L. all complete as directed.

Transportation of all ancillary equipments, camp materials, welding set, rig accessories etc. from Divisional Head Quarter to worksite to and fro including cost of P.O.L. all complete as directed. (a) Upto 100.00 Km distance from Divisional H.Q.

Transportation of all store materials like pipes, strainer, cone, socket, clamp, bentonite etc. from Divisional Head Quarter to worksite to and fro including cost of P.O.L. all complete as directed. (a) Upto 100.00 Km distance from Divisional H.Q.

Transportation of air compressor from the Divisional Head Quarter to the drilling site with all accessories including cost of P.O.L. all complete as directed. (a) Upto 100.00 Km distance from Divisional H.Q.

Transportation of P.O.L. all complete as directed.

Construction of temporary accommodation and low cost sanitary facility for drilling staff including cost of camp materials viz. cots, tables, chairs, utensils, dresses, safety helmets etc. and dismantling the accommodation after completion of the work all complete as directed.

Providing water supply facilities at drilling site all complete as directed. (a) By installing 1 Nos. of Singur hand pump

Boring in soft soil / normal clay / sandy soil by bit of size either 5 5/8" or 6 7/8" or 7 7/8" and collecting sample of soil at every 3.0 m depth or wherever there is a change of strata in sample boxes with the distinguishing marks including arranging and carriage of necessary boring materials / tools / bentonite etc. and withdrawing the drill pipe for lowering well assembly etc all complete as directed.

Developing of the D.T.W. with air compressor, Make- Kirloskar / Cumins all complete as directed.

Supplying and packing pea gravel around the periphery of casing including screening, washing etc. all complete as directed.

Labour charge for sinking, lowering, fitting, fixing in position of 150 mm dia U.P.V.C. pipe assembly comprising of strainer, pipes and cone in potable water bearing strata, washing the bore well etc. and supplying necessary jointing materials including carriage of materials and cleaning and priming the tube well all complete as directed. (a) For 0 to 50 m depth

Labour charge for providing bentonite clay packing (including the cost of bentonite clay) arround 150/200 mm dia tube well upto a depth of 6 m from top with 250 mm dia boring including supplying the bentonite clay and carriage of materials all complete as directed and specified.

Labour charge for installation of Submersible pump set including supplying, carrying, fitting and fixing suction pipes of required length with G.I. Specials such as socket, bend, G.I. flange, M.S. Clamps and necessary jointing materials including commissioning and testing the pump but excluding only the cost of column pipe all complete as required as directed (upto 30.00m depth) (b) (i) 65 mm dia column pipe upto 30 m depth

Supplying, fitting, fixing MS clamp of size 15 mm thick and 150 mm width having projection of 300 mm and three holes of 20 mm dia for clamping the plates by 16 mm dia hexagonal bolts of length 75 mm and nuts on both sides encircling the column pipe including two coat of enamel paint over one priming coat of different dia all complete as directed and specified. Supply & Installattion of 3 HP Submersible Electrical Pumpset working with Single phase Power Supply with 230 V ± 10% variation and Dynamic Head range 10 Metres to 20 Metres with minimum discharge capacity 400 LPM (0.0085 Cumec), efficiency 70% (Minimum) of repute make conforming to IS:8034-2002 suitable for 150mm dia Tubewell including all accessories like Motor Cable (2 ´ 4mm2) upto 50 Metre length, Column pipe of dia 100mm upto 18 Metres alongwith Cable Clamps/ Clip 10 Nos, Delivery Bend 1 No of 100 mm dia, Tubewell assembly support MS Clamp 100 mm dia-2 pairs etc. in complete as directed (Rates are as per Market price)

LT Electrical Power Connection:- LT Electrical Power connection to the Control Panel from the nearest point of LT overhead line owned by APDCL including supply and erection of service cable alongwith necessary supports like Poles, Insulators, Cross-arms etc. as required by the department under supervision of APDCl. The payment to APDCL for connection of 2.5 kW power shall be in the scope of the work (i) Supply and erection of 7.5 metre long PSC pole of standard dimension for 230 Volt overhead line including digging of Earth pit (0.75 m ´ 0.5 m) having a depth of 1/5th of the pole length with PCC Base Plate of size 60 cm ´ 60 cm ´ 12 cm at the bottom, refilling with boulder packing (size 150mm to 200 mm), refilling the voids with soil and hard ramming as directed.

(ii) Supply and erection GI Angle Cross Arm of size 50mm ´ 50mm ´ 6 mm ´ 600mm

(iii) Supply and erection of LT Pin Insulator 5 kN on existing GI Cross Arm with GI Pin, Nuts & Bolts with washer including drilling of holes as directed.

(iv) Supply, laying and erection of AAA Squirrel conductor for overhead line, binding to insulators and tensioning with uniform standard sag including jumpering, connection as directed.

(v) Supply, fitting & fixing of 2 Core ´ 6 mm2 for service connection from PSC Pole to Energy Meter and upto Control Panel

CONTROL PANEL SHED

Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. 25 mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 coarse aggregate of 12 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish to be laid in panels including curing complete as directed.

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. A) On rough side b) In cement mortar 1:4

Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ ventilators (fixed) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. Code, joints mitred and welded with 15mmx3mmx100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including applying a coat of red-lead primer.

a) Colour washing with lime on wall surface (two coats) over and including a priming coat of white washing to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.

b) Extra over item no. (a) above for every subsequent coat of colour wash with lime on wall surfaces.

Painting (two coats) over and including a priming coat of approved quality to give an even shade after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.
