Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(ii) Hard rock obtained shall be issued under Schedule of credit, which shall not be allowed for uses in work.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thk PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floors & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Jointless) of size 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles (Jointless) of size 450mmx300mm x7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick, plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for sunken floor and depositing the same at a distance not exceeding 250m away from the outer edge of bldg complete complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L broken bricks filling of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for pain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) mix as filling of sunken floors complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

The Manufacturer of the fixture shall have in house NABL Accredited Lab and must produce certificate of the same along with LM-79 / LM80 / Test Report as per Crompton CAT PART NO Shelter . S & F of LED tube light fitting 10 watt tube LED Neutral white in colour, 600 mm in length wall mounted LED batten, extruded aluminium heat shink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver, optic diffused type including all electric connection with whilte flexible cord 1.50 Sqmm 3 core as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down exhaust fan of any sweep, dismanting blade and including preparation, filling cavity applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying with machine, re-assembling the fan body to fan and re-fixing in its original position or any other position complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of replacing of quarter pin, nut bolt with check nut, rubber real etc.

Taking down storage geyser of any capacity after disconnecting electrical connection from existing socket, removing the bolts and nuts from wall and disconnected inlet and outlet water connection including preparation of surface and apply synthetic enamel paint by spraying with machine including filling cavity with filler one coat and including refixing the geyser it's original location after repair/replacing the unsv items like heating element, thermostat, PVC connection pipe of hot & cold type changing of outer body with its inner tank if found unservicable, making Geyer serviceable in all respect complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. (Note :- Rate Quated by Contractor shall be inclusive for replacing all unsv item like Sefty valve, Heating element, Thermostat, PVC Connection pipe of hot & cold type, Changing of outer body with its inner tank ete).

Dismantling of 8.5 mtr long PCC/RCC poles after breaking the foundation concrete including necessary excavation of earth, filling the hole with broken pieces of concrete and making good the disturbed area by filling excavated earth, obtained from the hole for new pole to be erected nearby area, to match with the surroudings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F weather proof street light junction box of size 230 x 170X105 mm depth including MCB SP 6 Amp C Curve and connecting terminals 4-way and fixing with street light poles (steel) using necessary MS Clamps, nuts, bolts washers of suitable size etc. including M& L fixing arrangement and including taking down existing junction box complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F street light bracket made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe 1.5 Mtr long bend to shape including necessary fixing arrangement with MS Clamp of suitable size made out of 35 x 4 mm MS flat suitable shape to pole including nut bolts 03 Nos and washers and including taking down existing bracket complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver with separate surge protection device 5ka rating , lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete and sepatate connector block for termination of incomming cable connection and including taking down existing LED street light fitting of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & taking down ACSR conductor, of any size, after taking necessary shut down, for 11 KV HT OH line, by loosening the binding wires, jumpers etc and deposite to E/M Store Yard complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling insulator any type, any size complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete with loop insulator etc. by loosening the bolts of the clamps (on the pole side / stay rod side) and taking out complete, including loop insulators, for re-fixing / replacement purpose. Note :- Excavation and earth work,demolition of concrete will be included under respective items)

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
