PART- A (WORK) Erection of Auxiliary Structure as ALP-03 Nos (approx weight- 121Kg), ABL-02Nos (approx weight-341 Kg) and 33 KV Circuit Breaker related structure installing as per drawing with the help of G.I. nut & bolt, flat, spring washer, matching the hole.

Safe carriage of the following equipment including loading and unloading on trucks duly arranged by the contractor from stores of different sub - station of electricity transmmision circle gr. Noida ( approx. dist. 100 KM ), with all due care of safety & precautions during transit required for the job including the insurance / fare / toll tax etc. of all the trucks . (A) 36 KV CTs (400/200/1A)

(B) Carriage of various size control cable ( 2KM )

(C) 33 KV VCB

(D) 33 KV Tripple feeder control and relay panel (Conventional Type)

Erection of 33 KV equipments including shifting of equipments and accessories from store to erection site, fixing of required clamps, all related cable termination with cable glands according schedule, welding and other related associated works with testing and commisoning. (A) 36 KV Bus Isolator (1250 Amp)

(B) 36 KV Line Isolator

(C) 36 KV CTs (400/200/1A)

(D) 36 KV CT Junction box

(E) 33 KV VCB

(F) 33 KV Tripple feeder control and relay panel (Conventional Type)

Jumpering of all equipments of 33 KV Bay with ACSR Panther conductor in between 33 KV Main Bus to Bus Isolator, BI to CB, CB to CT, CT to LI etc. with the help of suitable clamps and required cutting and bending of conductors and all other works to complete the job seticefectory.

Earthing of Structure, Equipments, metering cubicle & Panel. a) Cutting, straightening & laying of following MS flat 750 mm below inside ground and above ground of 50 mm x 6 mm size and 25 mm x 6 mm size MS Flats for earthing of main auxiliary structures, equipment and cable trenches including welding with main earthmat and with the object to be earthed excavation of trenches its back filling, Painting by One coat of Red Oxide and Two coat of Bus Green Colour and all other associated work to complete the Earthing work satisfactorily as per technical specification. (A) Fresh Earthing,Connected With Earthmat 50x6mm

(B) Fresh Earthing,Connected With Earthmat 25x6mm

Laying of following size of control cables in the cable trenches for 33 KV CB, CT, Isolator, Tripple Feeder C&R Panel etc. in switchyard/ control room as per cable schedule including carriage of cable drums from stores to work site and shifting back to store with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specifications:- (A) Laying/termination,control cable 2Cx2.5sqmm

(B) Laying/termination,control cable 4Cx2.5sqmm

(C) Laying/termination,control cable 6Cx2.5sqmm

Erection of 120 Watt LED light fitting complete of standerd make as Bajaj/Havells/Crompton make with MCB box and GI bend pipe using control cable of size 4cx2.5sqmm.

PART -B SUPPLY :- 33 KV Isolator clamp for twin panther conductor made of aluminum alloy LM-6.

33 KV CT clamp for twin panther conductor made of aluminum alloy LM-6.

4 Bolted type PG clamp made of Aluminum alloy LM-6 with GI Nuts, Bolts & Washer suitable for Tarantulla to Panther.

4 Bolted type PG clamp made of Aluminum alloy LM-6 with GI Nuts, Bolts & Washer suitable for Panther to Panther.

4 Bolted type PG clamp made of Aluminum alloy LM-6 with GI Nuts, Bolts & Washer suitable for Zebra to Zebra.

Supply of flexible copper bond made of electroyte copper rope of size 16 mm dia and having hength 750 mm tinned copper and lug shall be pressed jointed both end of copper bond as per technical specification.
