Repair/maintenance and servicing of water cooled/ air cooled DG Set including replacing engine oil, greasing and oiling, checking of valve & nozzle, changing of diesel filter, oil filter, checking of defective parts complete, re-commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities:- Note :- Spare parts like filters, engine oil and other spares shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of Sch 'A'/BOQ. Fixing/ labour charges for replacement of spares deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply only element diesel filter with gasket of existing size and model complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/In situ Cleaning and calibration of the fuel tank of various capacities, by using 'K' oil and remove sludge accumulated inside the tank, replacment of fuel tank strainer, cap and unserviceable fuel indicatior including refixing after repair/welding the leakage portions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in replacement for connecting and testing battery lead (Heavy duty) PVC insulated with multi stranded copper conductor single core of size 25 sqmm one side fixed with clamp and other side fixed with brass battery terminal for 2 mtr length of suitable colour coding for phase and earth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of battery maint free type 100Ah complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out the non-functional voltage stabilizer of any description and in any position & opening of servo operated oil cooled voltage stabilizer of cap 30 KVA , single/three phase, 50 Hz and draining out of transformer oil, replacement of UNSV/defective wiring parts as per existing sizes, dimmerstat, carbon brush, servo motor of existing capacity, control card, etc and complete servicing including filteration & refilling of transformer oil with top-up of new oil if required, reassembling, connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Replacment of spare parts/accessories, top-up of transformer oil shall be measured & paid seperately as 'Supply Only' on relevant items.

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4 mm protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm dia, 20 mm medium grade for watering with funnel including test point up to 7.5 meter from earth pit, common salt, charcoal dust and connected to test point by means of bolts and nuts washers made out of GI all as shown in Electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type mix cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm dia both ways with MS hook 6mm dia MS bars etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: 1. Suitable quantity of charcoal, common salt, funnel, GI pipe required for watering, pit & CI pit cover etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate and lead wire used beyond 7.5m from pit cover will be measured separately. 2. On testing after completion if the desired resistance is not obtained the earthing shall be re-done at no extra cost.

S & F in replacement of solar street light fitting 12 watt having high efficiency Mono Crystalline Solar PV Module, Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery with in-built BMS technology, High Efficacy LED, MPPT Solar Charge Controller and Aluminium Extruded body & specially programmed to automatically control the dimming and brightness of light, which increases the backup time, etc including fixing on existing pole complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of window / split AC 1.5 / 2 TR capacities any make by opening the indoor/outdoor unit, cleaning the air filter, condenser including complete body of the unit with brush and air blower, washing with cleaning detergent & fresh water, greasing fan motor, rectification of loose electric connections and replacement of unserviceable knobs of electrical items complete all as specified and directed. Note : Replacement of spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as "Supply only" of Sch 'A'. Fixing/ labour charges for replacement of spares deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Removing the existing defective / short circuited hermetically sealed compressor unit from the ACs and replace with the same company rewound sealed compressor unit of appropiate make / model for 1.5 TR AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing, maintenance and repairs to Refrigerator / Deep Freezer of capacity 280 to 500 Ltrs of any make and model including periodical cleaning to condenser coil and compresser, Replacement of defective spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as under complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Replacement of spare parts will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under relevant items of Sch 'A'. Fixing/ labour charges for replacement of spares deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply only starting relay suitable for Refrigerator/Freezer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing defective / short circuited hermetically sealed compressor unit from the Refrigerator, Replacement of the same with company rewound sealed compressor unit of appropriate make / model for Refrigerator cap: 280 to 380 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Gas charging with refrigerant to ACs/water cooler/Deep freezer /Refrigerator including arresting of existing leakage by brazing work complete and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in Replacement of voltage stablizer for AC Refrigerator / Deep Freezer, automatic operation/single phase AC supply 230V 50 Hz naturally air cooled indoor type designed for input variation between 130 V to 280 V with output valtage stablizer at 230V with accuracy of (+) or (-) 2.50% and capacity 2 to 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing, cleaning of water purifier 8/10 LPH, any make & model complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of following items shall be measured & paid separately as "Supply only". Fixing/ labour charges for replacement of spares deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
