SCHEDULE 'A'

Taking down and checking of ceiling fan / exhaust fan / wall any type and size at site on daily basis after disconnecting the electrical connection including replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts, lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor work (if required) and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection all as directed. ii) New spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as ‘ Supply only’ under respective items of Sch 'A' / BoQ. iii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan any sweep and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the blades and removing fan incl blades to the work shop including cleaning and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan complete and testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour for replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel all as specified and as directed. Note : i) Rewinding work of armature (if any) shall be measured and paid separately ii) New spare parts required for replacing old burn out parts other than connector, split pins, connection block and rubber reel shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A' / BoQ. iii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for taking out and removing burnt copper winding, cleaning the armature, rewinding the fan armature for 1200mm sweep ceiling fan with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including supply and fixing necessary insulating materials etc and varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up and testing all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as pr item No.3.00 here-in-before but for 1400mm sweep ceiling fan all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing exhaust fan of any size sweep and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, and removing the exhaust fan with blade to the work shop including cleaning of dust and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) re-assembling the fan complete , testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour for replacement of one connection block all as specified and as directed. Note : i) Rewinding work (if any) shall be measured and paid separately ii) New spare parts required for replacing old worn out parts other than connector, shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A' / BoQ. iii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for taking out and removing burnt copper winding, cleaning the armature, rewinding the fan armature for upto 300 mm sweep exhaust fan with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including supply and fixing necessary insulating materials etc and varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up and testing all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as pr item No.6.00 here-in-before but for 380/450 mm sweep Exhaust fan all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of ceiling fans complete of any sweep/make with one coat of first quality synthetic enamell paint of approved tint by spray including preparation of old painted surface and removing all dust, oil mark etc and filling cavaties with filler materials,and writing serial / MES number as specified (with paint of black colour with each letters/figures in Block of height n.exc2 cm ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as pr item No.8.00 here-in-before but for painting to exhaust fans with blade complete of any sweep/make all as specified and as directed.

Supply only bearing No.6201/6202 for ceiling /Exhaust fan (Make - TATA / SKF/ NBC ).

Supply only bearing No.6203/6204 for ceiling/ Exhaust fan (Make - TATA / SKF/ NBC ).

Supply only fan condensor 3.15 mfd oil filled (Make - USHA / UNIVERSAL / Havells}.

Supply only fan condensor 3.15 mfd dry type (Make - USHA / UNIVERSAL /Havells}.

Supply only fan condensor 2.5 mfd oil filled (Make - USHA / UNIVERSAL / Havells).

Supply only fan condensor 2.5 mfd dry type (Make - USHA / UNIVERSAL / Havells).

S&F in replacement electronic fan regulator socket type (step 0-5) (Make - ANCHOR / HAVELLS / CROMPTON).

S&F in replacement electronic fan regulator switch type (step 0-5) (Make - ANCHOR / HAVELLS / CROMPTON).

S&F in replacement modular regulator step type 120 watt, 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gun metal bush of any size (Make as approved by GE).

Supply only mounting clamp assembly complete for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep with amp,bolt,nut,washers, safety/ split pins and rubber bush and all as specified and directed.

Supply only down rod assembly complete for any type of ceiling fan all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement louvers shutters aluminium based for Exhaust fan of any size up to 300 mm sweep suitable for any make and bolt, nut, washers etc complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement louvers shutters aluminium based for Exhaust fan of any size above 380/ 450 mm sweep suitable for any make and bolt, nut, washers etc complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Exhaust fan Frame metal type of size up to 300 mm sweep as per existing shaft size suitable for any make including bolt,nut, if required etc complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Exhaust fan Frame metal type of size 380/450 mm sweep as per existing shaft size suitable for any make including bolt,nut, if required etc complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Exhaust fan Blade metal type of size up to 300 mm sweep as per existing shaft size suitable for any make including bolt,nut, if required etc complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed.

Material and labour for flexible multi stranded copper wire twin twisted two core of size 0.75 sqmm all as specified and as directed. (Make:Havells/Plaza/Polycab/KEI)

S&F in replacement aluminium based ceiling fan blade (set of 3 nos.) suitable for any type any size of fan with nut bolt complete all as specified and directed. Make :as per approved by GE.

S&F in replacement ceiling fan canopy as per existing size (2 nos.). Make :as per approved by GE.

S&F MS type hook suitable for any type and size of ceiling fan complete all as directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 49845.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 29). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
