Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness including plastering and leeping (where full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete with and including removal of demolished material outside defence land of any lead complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description, Brick Koba of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of demolished material outside defence land of any lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using12.5 mm graded stone aggregate over roof slab as in padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including cleaning / removing all dust from existing roof surfaces before placing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 with and including liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement on green concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric laid over and including priming surfaces with primer of same manufacturer @ 0.400 Litre/Sqm and laying APP membrane on Primed surface by torch application and sealing all joints and overlapping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles , 25x 25cmx 22mm thick, (as per IS 1237-1980) machine pressed set in neat cement slurry over and including screed bed in CM (1:6), 15mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Tile shall be laid with 3 to 5 mm wide Spacers and joints shall be grouted flush upto full depth of tile with Joint filling compound made by same manufacturer of tile mixed with water proofing compound and Rate of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, any desription on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dubbing out average 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on irregular faces of brick/staircases/RCC/PCC of any surfaces wall,ceiling ,chajjas,beamsand slabs compleate all as specified .

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on the fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fare without using extra cement and using WPC (Bond WPP-17) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of Reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended works including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to sides, soffits edges of chjjas, fins fascias, Parapets incl necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC type B1 1:2;4 (20mm graded aggregate) in fins, Fascias, louvers, parapets and railling exc 60cm in height, newel, balustrade, chajjas and the like including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bar upto 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonry /concrete surfaces of walls including finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm PVC (SWR) bend any radiusincluding necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in anyn length rubber ring joints fixed to wall and floor any radius including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall plaster surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof/exterior acrylic emulsion/apex paint on wall including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces or priously un treated and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 21 here-in-before but after complete removal of existing surfaces.

Preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling water tanks exc 250 ltrs but not exc 500 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M/L 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top )hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 25 mm dia tubes medium grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down existing UNSV steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of demolished material outside defence land of any lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia , cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete (Type B1 1:2:4 20 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 as in cover slabs with plain fair faces , including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thick ness in floors aprons etc laid beded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marble work (of any colour) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in flooring, steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like with and including 20mm thick bedding in CM 1:6 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the colour of tiles etc complete all as directed.

M&L for marble work (of any colour) 15-16 thick (table rubbed and polished) for vertical surface/ wall lining (veneering to wall), over & including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite etc complete all as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring/vertical surface (pre-polished) 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chipping , removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc. complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force complete all as specified and directed. Note:- steel Scafolding shall be provided to the entire height and the rate for the same is inclusive.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. Note :- steel Scafolding shall be provided to the entire height and the rate for the same is inclusive.

M&L for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plasticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grouting in the holes drilled complete all as specified and directed. (for repair to slab, lintel, RCC wall) Note:- steel Scafolding shall be provided to the entire height and the rate for the same is inclusive.

M&L for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including,Mixing of materials:Mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting maintain the pressureat exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam and columns).

M&L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete ( Molith-MC) M-40 including all lifts, shuttering,drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.( Rate includes jacketing,formwork and micro concrete) (ii) steel Scafolding shall be provided to the entire height and the rate for the same is inclusive.

M&L for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed. Note:- steel Scafolding shall be provided to the entire height and the rate for the same is inclusive.

M&L for Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed. Note:- steel Scafolding shall be provided to the entire height and the rate for the same is inclusive.

M&L for Carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete , inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note:- steel Scafolding shall be provided to the entire height and the rate for the same is inclusive.

M&L for Providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5, Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked.

Note for item No 1 to 56:- The work is to be carried out in the bldgs upto and including 4 storey height. The rates quoted against the items shall deemed to be included for provn of scafolding as per site requirement. Contractors are advised to visit the site before quoting their rates. Nothing shall be entertained on this account at later stage.
