Taking down carefully existing aluminium/copper point wiring for light, fan, socket or power bell complete with fittings such as Switches, sockets, ceiling roses, holders, call bells & making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, matching the colour with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for making good shall be deemed to be included in above item rate.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable(ISI marked) 1100 volts grade FRLS with multistranded copper conductor, drawn through concealed / surface in wall / roof/ceiling surface and its accessories on the surface etc in the existing concealed conduit with new provision of 2mm thick galvanised steel pressed sunken terminal boxes of suitable sizes for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc, covered with 2.8mm thick plastic laminate Hylem / Anchor top cover sheet of required colour, fixed with brass screws and cup washers, painting terminal boxes inside and outside with one coat of red oxide primer including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm PVC stranded copper conductor unsheathed, insulated, stranded (Green colour) connected to common earth point dolly for for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed .
