Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to sunken floor and trap floor including inside wall as follows : 1) Cut, open and clean cracks in the sunken floor and side wall and repair them with polymer modified mortar 15mm thick modified with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. 2) Prime the surface with Dr. Fixit Primeseal and allow it to dry. Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Newcoat. 3) While it is still wet, place a woven glass fibre mesh of measurements 2 mm x 2 mm and allow it to soak completely. 4) Apply the second coat with a roller or squeeze, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. 5) Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hours, once the second coat is dry.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of WC sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in plinth protection incl finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ thickness of PCC 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exhaust fan, single phase, PVC frame 300 mm sweep, including fixing of mounting frame by making the hole of required size in the wall and making the surface good matching to the existing surface by means of rugged bolts, nuts and washers etc including three core copper conductor flexible cord of 0.5 sqmm cross sectional area of required length from ceiling rose to the porcelain connector block of exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling fan (with and including assembling the same) with existing fan hook/box, 1200 mm (48") sweep and connecitng up complete with and including three core copper conductor flexible cord of 0.5 sqmm cross sectional area of required length from ceiling rose to porcelain connector block of fan suitable on working AC, 230 V electric supply including taking down U/S one and deposit it to MES store complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 3 mtr long buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at ground level after making bore hole of size not less than 300 mm dia and 3.0 Mtr long using suitable mechanical drilling rig (for drilling near the specified bldg), connected with galvanised steel earthing lead of 4mm dia all as shown in Plate No-2, connected to the earthing test point, concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2with RCC precast pit cover slab 400mmx400mmx80mm with handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS rod, funnel, wiremesh, 15 mm dia light grade GI tubing for protection of GI wire 4mm dia, charcoal and salt in alternate 150mm thick layers around GI earth pipe, including necessary returning filling in & removal all as specified or indicated in SSR Part-I, including testing to achieve earth resistance value as per IS specification on completion.
