Reinforcement of RCC work in plinth band incl straightening, cutting, bending , placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars

Providing form work for foundation footing bases of column (upto Plinth)

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls(under 20 cms wide)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement 6 fine sand )

Cement concrete flooring in (1:2:4) 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate finishing with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but exd. The cost of nosing of step etc. complete 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregates (crushed)

White washing with lime to give an even shade with three or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved qual"1ty. 15 mm nominal bore

Carriage 0f material by mechanical transport including loading ,unloading and stacking completed sand lead up to 20 km

Carriage 0f material by mechanical transport including loading ,unloading and stacking completed stone aggregate below 40 mm size lead up to 30 Km

Carriage 0f material by mechanical transport including loading ,unloading and stacking completed CEMENT lead up to 30 Km
