Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeds 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers i/c ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50m lift and 30m lead . The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be diposited as spoil banks within 30m. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 22.4-53 mm size to water bounded macadem of G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with steel roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including cost of all material, T&P etc. as per MORD Specification No. 404 all as directed by Engineer-in Charge..

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 @ 0.20 kg/sqm using Emulsion Pressure Distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface, after thorough cleaning of the entire surface by Mechanical Broom followed by high-pressure compressed air using Air Compressor, so as to completely remove dust, loose particles and other foreign matter before application of tack coat, including all materials, labour, machinery, T&P and incidental operations, complete in all respects as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 503 complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of Open Graded Premix Surfacing of 20 mm thickness, composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen, to the required line, grade, level and cross-fall over a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot Mix Plant and compulsory laying/spreading by Paver Finisher, Hydrostatic, minimum 170 HP, equipped with Sensor Attachment for automatic control of line, level, grade and thickness, followed by rolling with 8-10 tonne capacity Smooth Wheeled Roller, including all materials, labour, machinery, T&P and incidental operations, complete in all respects as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 511, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Type-B Seal Coat using Hot Mix Plant of appropriate capacity not less than 75 TPH, with crushed stone chippings of 6.7 mm nominal size @ 0.06 Cum per 10 Sqm and VG-10 grade bitumen @ 6.80Kg. per 10Sqm, including mixing, transportation and compulsory laying/spreading by Paver Finisher, Hydrostatic, minimum 170 HP, equipped with Sensor Attachment, for uniform laying and maintaining the specified line, level, grade and cross-fall, followed by required rolling/compaction, sealing the voids in the bituminous surface, including all materials, labour, machinery, T&P and incidental operations, complete in all respects as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 513 Sl. No. 5.12 completed all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reffectorising glass beads @ 250gm per sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
