Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in suspended floors, balconies, landings and staircase having upto 15° slope. excluding cost of centering and shuttering , all work upto floor V level (including lead, lift & carriages complete)

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and centilevers.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1 :6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (By manual means)

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) (including lead, lift & carriages complete)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

6mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) (including lead, lift & carriages complete)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/1 Osqm over and including base Coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/1 Osqm)

Providing and fixing tiled False Ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanised @ 120 gms/sqm both side inclusive ) consisting of main 'T' runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross 'T' of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm cente to centre to form a grid of 1200 x 600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, wherever, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using Gl slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm Gl adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineerin-charge. (The rate is excluding the cost oftiles which will be paid for separately). 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated GypsumTile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part land laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardantPVC film on the face side and 12micron metalizedpolyester on the back side with all edges sealed withthe face side PVC film which goes around and wrapsthe edges and is bonded to the edges and the back sidemetalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit (including lead, lift & carriages complete)

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including prepration of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terracies etc consisting of following operations. a) applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC Slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/ Brick Bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of Cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 Cement: 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300mm height including rounding of Junctions of walls and slabs) ,. ·~ c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) finishing the surface with 20mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1 :4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved byEngineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finially finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurrv and making pattern of 300x300mm/sq 3mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge. 25.7 .1 With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing gala 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase (including lead, lift & carriages complete)

Making khurras 45x45 em with average minimum thickness of 5 em cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete. (including lead, lift & carriages complete)

Forming grooves of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the grooves complete as per specificatiOns and direcUon of the Engineer-in-charge 20mm wide and 15mm deep groove

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggreagate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth. Crushed. (including lead, lift & carriages complete)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 60x60cm (including lead, lift & carriages complete)

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (pre moulded and pre polished), machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. 18mm thick (including lead, lift & carriages complete)

Extra for providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc. over item no. 8.2 including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Granite Work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (A) Crushed (including lead, lift & carriages complete)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Sal wood

Providing and fixing lSI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 MM

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z. sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber Ineoprene .. gasket felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing I panelling, C.P. brass I stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-inCharge
