Scarifying of existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scrified materials with lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 301.4

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water Bound macadam specification including spreeding in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller on static roller in stages proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular base/WBM/WMM including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/Sq.m. using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg to 0.25 Kg per Sqm. on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surfaced cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi-Dense-Bituminous concrete (providing and lying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crush aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filter transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rilling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tanden roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Cl. No. 508 complete in all respect. (A) With hydreted lime/cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRTH & H Specification ) (I) With 60/70 or VG-30 Grade bitumen For gtrading-II (10 mm nominal size)

Planting of Trees and their Maintenanace for three year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground , mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure , planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guard and maintainning the plants for three year.
