Demolition of Brickwork, stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out as in hard / dense soil and all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Broken stone / boulders loose filling with aggregate of gauge 40 to 80mm in back of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 and pointing the dressed surface with same mortar as the work proceeds all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought up to courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints / pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses all as specified and directed.

Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. not exceeding 10sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as speicified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) with old size brick all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on concrete or brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate for 300mm dia size pipe all as specified and directed.

Reinforced Concrete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars of 300mm dia all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching/ haunching for M.H all as specified and and directed.

Cutting holes exceeding 400 sq cm and n.exceeding 0.1sqm into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I as required all as specified and and directed.

Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, etc all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each in soft /loose soil not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes not exceeding 150Sq m into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I as required all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel sections of any description conforming to grade E-165 fixed as in posts and struts in fencing including flat iron fillets for security wire mesh etc with all necessary drilling holes, bolting or revetting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing, galvinised mild steel including line wires as approved and all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, any size and type of standard, rails straining bolts etc including provision binding wire complete, all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars conforming to Grade E-250 quality A, 10mm dia cut to length bend to shape required and fixing as directed in fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one ends and screwed the other ends, or screwed both ends, each screwed ends, to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exceeding 5cm long, diameter of shank 11 to 15mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coat of syntetic enamel paint over new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described over one coat red oxzide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
