Dismantling carefully centrifugal pump set of capacity 12.5/15/20 HP and taking out all serviceable and unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all dust particles such as mould and moss, etc. and re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets, etc. and replacement of underviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Replacement of column pipe shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling carefully submersible motor of capacity 12.5 HP and including taking out the burnt/worn out coils from the slots of startor and other accessories such as ball bearing/bushing and rotor, etc. including necessay cutting/grinding/drilling/machining works for fixing of spare parts and cleaning the stator slots and rewinding the same with new supper enamelled copper winding wire with appropriate gauge and weight heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish, painting the motor with existing colour and re-assembling the same including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully submersible pump of capacity 12.5 to 15 HP and including taking out all serviceable/unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all mould/ moss/ foreign material scale and dirt, etc., re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets and replacement of unserviceable spare parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Materials required for replacement will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only bleaching powder of approved quality for cleaning/ washing the balancing tank, areation tower during decaning/refilling with fresh water at an interval as directed by competent authority for better cleanleness of balancing tank/areation tower or at other indicated places complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only calcium based high strength chlorination chemical (chlorine contents not less than 65%) with water in proportionate way for maintaining adequate chlorine at all time at Pump Houses as directed by competent authority for water disinfection complete all as specified and as directed.

Collecting/taking sample of raw water and tap water from pump houses and getting tested from Directorate of PHED office for physical/Chemical/Bacterelogical analysis complete all as specified amnd as directed. Note : (i) Water sample shall be collected from all pump houses (1 to 8 & 10 to 13) by the contractor. (ii) The report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 20mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/sq.cm with all fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade, connectors, back nuts, caps, plugs, unions, etc.) and laying in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing and for making bends on piping as required after and including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of any description, shape and size at height from 9m to 15m i.e. wall of RCC tank and pump house rooms, etc. by scrapping with mild steel wire brush and sand paper to remove all the loose paint, sludges, rust, etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of pressed steel over head tank of any description, shape and size at height from 9-15m by scrapping with mild steel wire brushes and sand papering to remove all the loose paint, sludges, rust, etc. and applying one coat of aluminium paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of pipes those are exposed & laid horizontally at pump houses not exc. 10cm width or girth by scrapping with mild steel wire brush and sand papering to remove the existing paint completely and sludges, rust, etc. and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted oxidation chamber and two Nos of filter plant of any description, any shape and any size at pump house Nos. 5, 6. 8 & 10 by scrapping with mild steel wire brush and sand papering to remove the existing paint completely and sludges, rust, etc. and applying one coat of aluminium paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including inlet and outlet pipe with arrow marking complete all as specifed and as directed. Note : One oxidation chamber and two filter chambers shall measured in one job.

S&F pressure gauge 0 - 30 kg/cm2 of 100mm dia with pet cock in replacement of old unserviceable any type pressure gauge including taking down old existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for developing the tube well with 300 PSI, 450 CFM capacity air compressor as required untill clear water obtained including transportation, erection, dismantling of air compressor, lifting and lowering of tube well time for developing the tube well for 8 hours per borewell complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Compressor pump pipe and other allied items will be arranged by contractor and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the joint/crack over RCC structure to be repaired complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for drilling holes of 12mm dia up to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300mm in staggered manner or along the joint and crack line in reinforced concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia nozzle compatible with injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive Sika Dur 31 or equivalent to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep with Sika gard 694 F(l) or Quick Fix or equivalent solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and repair mortar cum surface levelling mortar complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturers only.
