Manning and operation for smooth functioning of 7 Nos of passenger lifts installed at Sangli apartment in Block A (G+11), B & C (G+7) under GE New Delhi.(02 No Johnson make and 05 Nos THYSSENKRUPP passenger lifts) 10 passenger capacity/ 680 Kg each),of 1.5 Mtr/Sec speed. The lift are of electrically operated with simplex collective control system and comprising of ARD system to provide uninterrupted services for round the clock during mains failure. The contractor shall provide 2 Nos lift operators for each block for both first and second shifts respectively and one operator for all the lifts located in above mentioned 03 blocks operating at night shift i.e.. 3rd shift for all working days including sunday and closed holiday(Total 07 operator per day). Period of all the three shifts are described as follows:- (a) 1st Shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (b) 2nd Shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (c) 3rd Shift - 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs Note:- Quoted rate shall include GST, contribution towards EPF, ESI, labour cess as applicable and over haed expences including contactor's profit.

M & L for Comprehensive periodical and preventive maintenance of "02 Nos of lifts in Block-A , 01 No lift in Block-B & 02 No lift in block 'C' (THYSSENKRUPP make) (10 passenger capacity/ 680 Kg each) of electrically operated 1.5 meter/ second speed with power driven automatic steel sliding doors and efficient operating condition through manufacturer instructions by regular examine, lubrication and carry out planned maintenance system and controlled manner using techniques and expertise and replacement of all unserviceable components such as worn out gear, thrust bearings, drive sleeve bearing, break contact, lining, motor winding, rotating elements, relays, solid state components, PCB's, resistances, condensers, power amplifier, transistors, contacts, diodes, Governor and hall buttons, Car and hall position indicators, car direction indicator, car light and fan, hall lanterns, deflector car and counter weight, guide rails and buffers, top and bottom limit switches, battery operated emergency light and alarm system, wiring of all equipment and accessories, Reverse phase indicator, automatic rescue device at Sangli Apartment.

Notes for item No. 2.00 & 3.00 :- (i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEM of existing lifts. Please also refer Sch 'A' Notes. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given in Appendix D to Particular Specifications from OEM M/s ThyssenKrupp & M/S Johnson respectively within fifteen days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue. (iii) Spare parts to be replaced as listed here-in-after to be measured and paid separately as supply only. Fixing charge is deemed to be included in item No. 01. (iv) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of T&P required for carrying out repairs, stationary for maintenance of record, 2 sets of uniforms to mechanics and helper etc. all as specified. (v) Grade of oil required in gear box shall be Indian oil, Servo Mesh 320 or Servo System 320 equivalent grade of oil all as approved by Engr-in-Charge. (vi) Any items not covered under as supply only shall be deemed to be included in this section for the smooth functioning of lifts and the contractor may quote the rate accordingly. Contractor is expected to inspect the lift before quoting the rate.

Notes for item No. 2.00 & 3.00 :- (vii) Contractor shall be attending complaints round the clock i.e. 24 hrs. If contractor is not able to rectify the complaint, penalty shall be charged as given below:- (a) up to 1st day- NIL (b) 2nd day- Rs 1000/- day (c) Subsequency for every days - Rs 2000/day. (viii) Scope of Work shall include repair/replacement of machines, motors, generators,door ropes, inverter/ARD system, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears,bearings,solenoids,coils,chock brake shoes, liners,contactors, relays, coils, pushbuttons, door operator VVF drive,VVVF main drive,cardoor safety device limit switches,governor,hoistway door locks,indicators and other minor machanical parts. The cost shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (ix) Following items are not included : Replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, panels, hoist way door panels, door frames, sills, car flooring, floor covering, lighting fixtures, ceiling light bulbs and tube, main line power switches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoist way wiring, hydraulic jack outer casing, burried piping, alignment of elevator guide rails,smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors,sheave rim,hoist rope & ARD battery and cabin fans.
