The batteries should have battery management system (BMS) with higher' life expectancy longer cycle life low discharge rate and fast charging facilities batteries should provide 12 hour battery backup the battery mass be provided with GI outdoor type battery box/inbuilt in luminaries, (make as Der approval)

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick z 3.04 Mls. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm diax 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F lS mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed.
