SPL REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF WATER DISTRIBUTION PIPELINE NETWORK ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT OTM OF HQ ARTY BDE AND INF DIV CAMP AT DIPATOLI UNDER GE DIPATOLI

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying/ taking out of pipe in soft/loose soil, complete all as directed.

Returning/ refilling in trenches including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as directed.

cutting existing CI water mains in position for insertion of tee, branch line etc to new water connection of size 100 mm bore complete all as directed.

All as per Item Ser No 4 here-in-before but for size 150 mm bore complete all as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joint including burning out lead joint and recovering lead of CI pipe of size 100 MM dia bore complete all as directed.

All as per item Ser No 6 here-in-before but of size 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying jointing & testing of DI pressure pipes of 100mm bore, class K7 with spigot and socket lining in inner side as per IS:8329/2000 (latest revision) and other relevant standards and mettalic zinc/epoxy coating as finishing layer on outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) incl rubber gasket, in any length laid in trenches/over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8 here-in-before but of size 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair for run lead joints of CI pipes of size 100 MM bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for DI fittings as per IS-9525 for spigot socket pipe such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tappers any type (straight, bend increasing , decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all socket or socket and plugs) or in form of mechanical joints in any size incl cutting and jointing old/new positions for bends, tees, all types of flanges, socket and spigot, collars caps etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sluice valve flanged of class 1.0 PN, of size 100 mm bore including dismanteling of old unsv sluice valves complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 13 here-in-before but of size 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for drilling and tapping cast iron water mains in position for branch connections of 15 mm to 20 mm internal dia size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing with all connections of size 15 MM bore complete all as directed.

M & L for repair/replacement/construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 900x900x900 mm (internal dimensions), one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation, rendering 15 mm thick internally an extrernally upto 150 mm below GL, providing 3.0 mm thick MS sheet valve pit cover cover, welded with 40X5 mm flat iron frame alround incl provn of hinges, handle and locking arrangements and 40X40X6 mm angle iron frame fixed on top of vavle pit by means of holdfast 150 mm ling embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) block of size 230X200X100 mm, applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after prep of all exposed to steel surfaces incl necy excavation & earth work in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for construction for thrust blocks to the pipe at corners and bends etc and making good the road, path etc damaged during the work complete all as specified and directed.
