MAINTENANCE & REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE L.T./H.T. BUSHING, BUSHING ROD, ALL OIL NAUJ KIT SET AND OTHER RELATED WORK OF 25 NOS. 250/400/630/1000 KVA DISTRIBUTION TRANFORMER INSTALLED AT VARIOUS 11/0.4 KV L.T. SUB-STATION IN AREA OF EUDSD-III, VIII & IX, NOIDA UNDER EUDD-V, NOIDA AS PER FOLLOWING :- Note :- The material LT/HT side bushing rods, bushing, all gasket packing set, M.S. strips of T/F shall be provided by the contractor.
Opening of jumpers of H.T. side of T/F.
Opening of L.T. leads of L.T. side of T/F with help of nuts and bolts etc.
Opening of top plate of T/F with help of nuts and bolts etc.
Drain out of T/F Oil from T/F to Drum.
Opening of conservation Tank with help of nuts and bolts etc.
Opening of damaged & defective L.T./H.T. side Bushing Rod along with porcelain bushing & fixing of new of the same, Provided by the contractor at his own cost.
Changing of all oil packing gas-kit/nauj kit set for L.V/H.V. side of T/F stoppage leakage of T/F.
Filling of T/F Oil from Drum to T/F.
Fixing of top plate with the help of nuts, bolts & washers welding of packing set of T/F.
Fixing of conservation Tank by nuts & bolts etc.
Fixing of L.T. Leads of L.T. sie of T/F with the help of nuts & bolts.
Fixing of jumpers of H.T. side of T/F.
Replacment of damaged M.S. earthing strip as per site requirement, material provided by the contractor at his own cost.
Reparing of T/F plinth as per site requirement, material provided by the contractor at his own cost.
