Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area n exc 1.5m in deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC type A1 Nominal mix (1: 1 1/2 : 3 )using 20mm graded aggregate as in sub base/edge of hard standing etc all complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling ,subbase , paving and mass concrete all complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour Reinforced cement concrete 1:1/2:3 in column supported on top of footing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Reinforced cement concrete 1:1/2:3 in foundation, footing, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete column footing and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality con-forming Fe-410-S or Fe-410-complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above but 6 to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Granite (of any type) work 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge,such as in pillars and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finished surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete, finish even & fair to receive the rough tile surfaces for fixing tiles, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based exterior paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, depo-sited, spread and le-velled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour moorum /red bajari filling ,spreading and levelling laid in layers n exc 15cm thick each layer including watering etc complete as directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade as in pavements to required level & gradients with grey cement and pigment set, jointed with clean dry sand and cushing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushing shall be measured and paid separetely).

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and cushing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushing shall be measured and paid separetely).

Material and labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge

Excavating in post holes n. exc 0.5 each , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25cm watering ,and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel work in tubular trusses /posts including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS -1161-1979 grade st -240 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel sections such as channel, angle or tee section. MS plate ,gusset plates etc confiming to Gde fe 410 as in post hip and jack rafter brackets, rafters, railing and purlins including necessary welding etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing Framed work such as grills,gratings,gate etc.. with ends of barsshouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework ofwater tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( Ordinary tint) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in position Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and Fixing in position 12 mm multiwall Polycaronate soild transparent wateproofing roof covering sheets fixed in trusses with self tapping screw" completely as specified and directed by Engr in charge

S & F Precast plain cement concrete prepolished chequered coloured paver tiles 300 x 300 x 8 to 10 mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed.) Colour, size and pattern shall be approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. (Cement Mortar screed bed shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in with approved earth including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
