DRILLING & DEVELOPMENT : Drilling of bore hole 45.72 cm dia through any kind of soil by adopting any method of drilling (Direct or Reverse Circulation Rotary ) upto required depth including digging trenches and pits etc. all complete. (i) Upto 30 metres below G.L.
(ii) beyond 30 metres and upto 60 metres.
(iii) beyond 60 metres and upto 90 metres
(iv) beyond 90 metres and upto 120 metres

Electrologging of bore hole of different dia tubewell for locating water bearing strata and saline aquifer, if any, after conducting relevant geophysical tests. All test reports and compiled data sheets should be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge (cost is inclusive of all materials, labour & comilation of data sheets. The work should be done as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including compilation of data.
Mobilisation charges for transporting upto site including loading, unloading of all plants, machinaries & equipments required for drilling, development and testing of Tubewells and also the cost of construction temporary roads over field and / or culverts, repairing existing roads and / or culverts all complete, carrying materials on head load, carts or boats as the case may be. For sites within 4 km from all weather metal road.
Development of tubewell with 100 psi, 250 cfm Air-compressor and 1.5 cusec discharge capacity Vertical Trubine pump and carrying out step-drawdown test, yield test, verticality test and other tests as per prescribed method and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including arranging, installing all equipments and testing instruments as required at site and dismentling the same after successful completion of tests, all complete. Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bend bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking, bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 1.626 mm (16 SWG) black annealed wire at every inter section complete as per drawing and direction including cost of wire upto 1st floor level. MS hexagonal head bolts & Nuts bearing IS - 1363 (Part -I) / 1992 of product Grade - C with latest amendments for bolts & IS 1363 (part - 3) / 1992 of product grade - C with latest amendments for nuts properties / class for bolts - 4.6 & for nut - 4.5. Both bolts & nuts are to be duly ISI certification marked.
Supply of rubber insertion 5 mm thick with proper reinforcement 2 PLY conforming to IS 638 / 79 with ISI marked with latest amedments suitable for raised surface of MS flange as per IS 6392/71 (Table - 5,11& 17)red jointing sheet as per IS 2712 / 1998 grade W/3 FYSAX AMJ 321. Gasket for raised surface of MS Flange as per IS 6392/71.
125mm N.B 90º Elbow one end 125 mm N.B flange welded other end ring welded with 150 x 125 mm N.B free backing flange(T-17)
Supplying MS Surge Tank as per Drawing the body of which made of 5 mm th MS sheet and top & bottom cover are made of 5 mm th ms sheet welded with body & strengthten with rib etc. all joints must be electrrically welded to aleak proof condition and joints must be capable of with standing pressure of 50psi , the surge tank should be fitted with all accessories as specited in the drawing.entaired surge tank is to be painted with a coat of priming.
