EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for construction of valve chamber having dimension 900x900x900 mm suitable for upto 63 mm PP-R Gare valve with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work wall in cement mortar (1:4) , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for copping, rendering plaster in CM 1:4 , 15mm thick including provision of MS Steel top cover 3mm thick with brazing of MS flat of size 25x4mm at edges and in diagonal and angle iron base frame of 40x40x5mm, painting with twocoat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and locking arrangement including necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

M & L Fencing of transformer 2 mtr all around with chain link fence made out of 3 mm dia GI wire having mesh size 50mm fixed to MS angle iron support stands at a distance of 2 mtrs, made out of MS angle of size 80x80x6mm at corners and size 50x50x6mm except corners including fixing of chainlink using 32x6mm flat on all sides with nuts, bolts and washers. The height of chain link fencing from ground level shall be 2 mtrs. The area from transformer platform upto 2.5 mtr all around shall be provided with 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. Approachable side of the fencing shall have MS angle iron gate of 2m x 2m size made out of angle iron frame and center support 50x50x6mm with 12 mm round bars at a specing of 150mm and fixed on MS channel of size 100 MC on both sides and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Brick platform of size 2m x 2m x 1.5 m in cement mortar 1:6 with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 20 cm thick coping over brick work, plastering to exposed surfaces of brick work with cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT control panel board "out-door type" of size 1500 mm (height) x 1200 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.0 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) complete all as specified & as directed with & incl the accessories as listed and described in Item No: 15 of sch 'A' Part-XIII

S&F loop in- loop out junction box,Maintenance free, tamper and rot proof, Fire retardant- Class FV-0 as per IS:11731 Part-II,termite resistant,IP55 with approx internal dimension 200x140x95mm (HxWxD) or next higher size made out of FRP sheet,Cable entry from top-1 No and bottom-2 Nos with weather proof canopy including din rail for mounting Single pole MCB, 20 Amps rated 4 Way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/out going, mounted in the box, fixing on steel tubular poles including necessary aluminium clamps, suitable double compression cable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
