Demolition of existing treatment including cement concrete padding of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in padding and in any situation finishing even and fair average thickness 40mm concrete for getting proper slope/coving as specified. (NOTE: PCC shall be done by Mixer machine only.)
