Bed Plywood Top (FD-246 & 247) Notes :- (i) Removing the unserviceable components/parts without damaging the other existing components/ parts or structure of the following items, supply and fixing new components/ parts as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Long rails of size 1980x900x35mm made of 1st class hard wood teak/shisham of bed plywood top.

Teak face venner ply wood 3mm thick for outer and inner sides of head board with teak wood beading half round alround of bed plywood top.

All as per Srl. item No. 1.02 here-in-before but foot board.

Supply and fixing in replacement of legs of size 60x60x660mm made of 1st class hard wood teak/shisham of head board of bed plywood top.

All as per Srl. Item No. 1.04 here-in-before but legs of size 60 x 60 x 520mm of foot board of bed plywood top.

Supply and fixing of plywood BWR Gde as per IS:303 of size 1980 x 900 x 12mm thick to bed plywood top with steel screw. (Make of Plywood:- Greenply/Archidply /Century Ply)

Supply and fixing in replacement of stiffners of size 60x40x900mm made of 1st class hard wood teak/shisham of bed ply top.

Supply and fixing in replacement of complete head rest with legs of bed plywood top shape and size as shown on drg.

All as per Srl. Item No. 1.08 here-in-before but foot rest of bed plywood top.

S & F of 1st class hard wood teak/shisham wooden bracket of size 150x150x35mm with steel screw between the long rail and legs of head board and foot board of bed plywood top.

Supply and fixing in replacement of top of teapoy of size 600x450mm with new top made of 18/19mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade-I including 4mm thick teak wood beading alround all as shown on drg. (Make of MDF board:- Action(Tesa)/Greenply/Archidply/Ashish).

Supply and fixing in replacement of legs of teapoy with new leg of size 60x30mm made of 1st class hard wood teak/shisham of size and shape as shown on drg.

Supply and fixing in replacement of back cushion of Sofa Set of drg FD-258 size to made in shape as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The thickness of cushion shall be 50mm thick, 32 density and covered with new tapestory cloth. ( not less than Rs. 300/- per RM). The make of cushion shall be Sleepwell/Kurl-on/Cor-foam.

Supply & fixing in replacement of 100mm thick flexipuff/ U Foam cushion of 40 density of Make:- Sleepwell/Cor-foam/ Kurl-on, covered with new tapestory cloth (not less than Rs 300/- per running mtr) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of unserviceable sofa set cushion cover with new cushion cover of tapestory cloth as per sample complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- charge(Taperstory cloth shall not be less than Rs 300/- per RM) .

Book Case (FD-237)

Supply and fixing in replacement of Top of book case made of 18/19mm thick MR Gde plywood covered with 0.8mm thick laminated sheel with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround size and shape as shown on drg. (Make of Plywood:- Greenply/Archidply /Century Ply)

Material and labour for french polishing with best quality french polish on exposed surfaces to bed plywood top (except top ply) upto good looking after removing the old polish from emery paper with grinder machine and preparation of wooden surface by providing putty and burnt seina and scrubbing with emery paper upto smooth surface of old polished surfaces by providing putty and scrapping the unwanted spot on wood surface as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
