SPECIAL REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF OF LT PANELS OF VARIOUS SIZES CAPACITIES AND CONNECTED WORKS AT SW ZONE AT RMS

Supply, installation, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made LT panel board cubical out door type in repairs/replacement of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable chamber and front side shutters with locking arrangement panel base of angle iron 50x50x6 mm upto 45 cm height for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system including TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of of individual outgoing feeders. All control wiring shall be with FRLS PVC insulated 6 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. The panel board shall have bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm and complete mounted or fixed on PCC foundation above 0.45 mtr on floor and cable connection with suitable size of copper lugs and suitable size chrome plated glands provided for incoming and out-going cables comprising the following complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 60cm x 60cm x 3mm thick electrode, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.70 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip 32X6mm size up to test point by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of copper including excavation and earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 pit, medium grade pipe for watering arrangement and 15mm bore dia GI pipe, medium grade GI pipe of 40 mm dia for protection of earth lead, 50mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 10mm dia bars, funnel, wire mesh etc. as shown in electrical Plate No. 03 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point including taking down old unserviceable material and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs/replacement Weather Proof thermo plastic (Polysterene) Cable Junction box , having protection class IP-54 and of overall size min (450 x 375 x 200) mm duly fixed with the pole/wall with terminal (25x3mm) clamp, GI bolts, nuts, washers and 2 Nos polymade weather proof cable glands of suitable size cable (Complete with check nut) and including 04 Nos Aluminium bus bar with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators of capacity 200 amps complete all as specifed and as directed .
