Providing and maintaining Barricading on the site 2.5 m high by using MS Pipes or angle iron frame work of verticals at 3 m c/c and horizontals at 0.90 m c/c, Galvalume sheets, Struts, MS Clamps, etc. The verticals shall be embedded/ fixed to concrete pedestals below ground. The rate includes fabricating, cutting and fixing in position MS frame work, painting the same with two coats of approved anti rust paint, etc complete. Contractor to get structural design approved by the Garrison Engineer. Contractor shall remove and take away the barricading at his own cost on completion of the works, complete all as directed. Note:- Barricading will be provided from starting of work till the completion of entire work.

Chipping /removing loose concrete up to reinforcement bars without damaging the reinforcement, removing all the loose materials and to make all the exposed surfaces free from oil, dust and all impurities etc. ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing corrosion of steel reinforcement by mechanical means wire brushing, chipping to remove loose rust and then applying rust removal solution by using brush application, leaving the surface for atleast 15 to 30 minutes, then removing loose materials by scrubbing with brush and applying polymer bond to the old concrete before applying Polymer mortar ,complete all as specified and directed. Application of Corrosion Inhibitor: Providing & applying One coat of Concrete Penetrating Corrosion Inhibitor (Surface applied) which works on Bipolar Inhibition Mechanism on entire concrete surface to be repaired by using brush or spray at 250 ml per Sq.mt./Coat or as per manufacturer's specification prior to application of first coat of anti corrosive coating to reinforcement ,complete all as specified and directed. Providing and applying priming cum bonding coat of polymer of approved make and quality as approved by engineer- in - charge and cement slurry in 1:1 proportionate by weight to concrete area by brush or any other established method etc. ,complete all as specified and directed. Providing Micro Concrete jacketing to walls/ columns or beams of thickness upto 75 mm using Polymer modified cement premixed quartz sand aggregate packed in bags of standard manufacturer, for high early strength of 40 N/mm sq.cm of approved brand. The dry product is to be mixed with 12.5% water by weight, along with washed and poured into rigid form work moulds & tamped properly, & cured for 3 days. Payment is to be made by weight premixed of micro concrete product consumed as per site register records. No extra payment shall be made for shuttering or any other material. Providing and applying Polymer modified cement mortar of average thickness 15-20mm using Polymer in one or more layers in proportion 1:5:15 of Polymer Cement Quartz Sand as manufacturer's specifications in specific layers, curing the surface after 72 hours of application with wet gunny bags etc and by finishing the surface with 12mm thick (1:3) Cement sand plaster ,complete all as specified and directed. Make :- SIKA - Sika 122 WL FOSROCK - Renderoc S2

Providing and applying Polymer modified cement mortar of average thickness 30-40mm using Polymer in two layers in proportion 1:5:15 of Polymer Cement Quartz Sand as manufacturer's specifications in specific layers, curing the surface after 72 hours of application with wet gunny bags etc and by finishing the surface with 12mm thick (1:3) Cement sand plaster ,complete all as specified and directed. Make :- SIKA - Sika 122, HS FOSROCK:- Renderoc HS xtra

Shear Connectors: Make 10/12 mm dia holes using heavy duty electrically operated hammer drills in the concrete of RCC members to a depth of about 75 mm at 500 mm c/c or at suitable grid in zig-zag fashion, clean the holes using air jet and fix pre-fabricated 100 x 50 mm L-shape 8 mm dia rebar using Anti Corrosive protective coating so that 75 mm out of 100 mm is inserted inside the concrete and 25 mm remain outside along with 50 mm bend. The shear connectors are used to tie the additional reinforcement bars. (The rates included 8mm dia TMT bars used as shear connector of any length as per site requirement) Make:-FOSROCK - HILTI, Ficher.

Providing TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Note Item No 01 to 10 Note:- The rates Quoted against Ser item 01.00 to 10.00 here in before shall includes the following:- (i) Work shall be executed only through authorized applicator of manufacturer. (ii) All scaffolding work and safety measures such as and provision of props and supports shall be of Steel and extent of provision shall be to the entire satisfaction of GE. (iii) After obtaining approval of the makes of products the Contractor shall give a letter from the manufacturer regarding the details of agency and name of Person to be deployed for carry out repair & supervisor of work. (iv) The T&P shall be strictly as per manufacturer instruction. (v) Necessary Jacks shall be errected to support various floors before exposing columns/ beams for repair and it shall also be ensured that no damage is made to the existing structure during repair process & all safety norms shall be followed. (vi) Contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for structure repairs carried out under respective items of BOQ for a period of five years. An amount to the tune of 5% of total amount Quoted against Ser item No. 1.00 to 10.00 or Rs.50,000.00 whichever is less shall be held back from Contractor payment as security deposit against the guarantee period (vii) Close vigin & promptness on the progress and joint measurement has to be ensured and Photographic evidence in soft copy for complete repair process for each structural members shall be taken by Contractor & handed over to GE.

(viii) The Construal chemical/ Fibers to be used shall to following approved brands :- (a) Sika (b) Chembond (c) Hilti (d) BASF (e) Dr.Fixit (f) FOSROC (g) CICO (h) STP Limited. (ix) The contractor shall conduct destructive and non destructive testing on buildings No. P-10 and P-22 and submit the detailed structural audit report on these two building duly vetted from IIT/NIT/Govt Engg. College in conformity to item No. 01 to 10 of this schedule and approved by CWE. (x) Afte completion of Ser item No. 01 to 10 contractor shall submit the structural stability report duly vetted by IIT/NIT/Govt Engg College. (xi) All the work of Ser item No. 01 to 10 of BOQ to be executed under the supervision of E-in-Chief's Branch approved consultant. No work shall be carried out without the supervision of consultant.

Removing any kind of debris/Demolished building material outside Def land including loading in truck and conveying day to day basis to beyond the lead included in the demolition rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination approved dumping point etc complete, with all lifts and lead outside MoD Land and dumping 10 Km distance, complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical and make good and provision of cement concrete (1: 3: 6) type C -1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for fixing hold fast, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc; including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of roofs, floors, beams, staircase, landing, chajjas, wall and similar suspended work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying 1mm thick wall care putty on wall surface and smoothening the surface with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar in 1:3 on ceiling finishing even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in existing water proofing treatment over roofs of any type and any thickness,complete all as specified and directed.

Roughing surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc for local depression RCC surface and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm and will be finished and rendered with 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortor 1:3 including mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and the sand used for the same will be clean and free from any silt, organic matter and impurities, RCC and plastered surface will be wet cured for minimum period laid down in IS 456 & then allowed to dry and leakage checked by pointed test at least 72 hrs, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Apply bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kgs/ Sqm on prepared surface on sunny day. After the primed surface has dried and apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen, confirming to IS -702@ 1.20kg/ Sqm on the surfaces. Provide APP (Atactiic Polypropylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density firm. Minimum weight of membrance will be 3 kg/Sqm. APP membrance will be laid across the slope from lowest line sloping roof towards ridge with minimum end lap of 150 mm & side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown bitumen. Over the APP membrance apply semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen @ 1.20kg/ Sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 kg/Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat ,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane manufacturer. (ii) Edges of membrance shall also be inserted into groove made in parapet wall upto height of 100mm including preparation of the groove complete without any extra cost.

Precast machine pressed factory made PCC tiles, type B-1 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 300x300mm size and 20mm thickness with grey cement & no pigment on bedding layer of 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 5% creosote oil, joined & pointed flush in cement mortor 1:3 ,complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills,gratings, manhole cover frames etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165, to be fixed in buildings of (G+3), complete all as specified and directed.

Powder coated (of approved colour ) aluminium sections die cast as in frame & shutter of windows, ventilators as in sliding/ openable/ louvers/ fixed type with and including necessary rolling for smooth moving & locking including anti collision weather stripping brush for sliding windows arrangement, etc fixed to wall including, preparation of disturbed portion both side (internal & external surfaces of wall) match with existing surface treatment and all sides of aluminium frame shall be sealed with silicon sealent (inner/outer face) ,complete all as shown on drawings No CEUZ/TD-1564/2016, sheet 1/2 to 2/2 dated 18.02.2016 revised upto 23.09.2016 and as specified.
