M &L for cleaning of sewage lines,manhole by rodding and well flushing the sewage lines after removing of sludge including taking off the manhole cover and refixing after cleaning of manhole of any size and depth. The manhole lines to be cleaned manually /mechanical sludge trailor and all sludge to be removed to outside of the cantt area complete all as specified and directed. Note:- ( a ) The contractor shall provide sufficient labours everyday to cater for all type of complaints.(b) the period of complection for each complaints shall be 24 hours .(c) it will be the responsibility of the contractor to get the complaints completed with in stipulated period the labour shall be made available during the office hours for any complants.(d) The payment shall be made to the contractor on the basis of complaints slips.No payment shall be done for any incomplete work .(e) The contractor to quote the rates accrodingly.
All as per item No 01.00 here-in-before but cleaning the blockage of WC's, toilets, kitchen, Sink ditto-ditto
Cleaning of sewage lines 150mm bore including man holes gully trap, grees trap etc up to 1.50m deep by removing all silt, foreign material and other deposits what so ever completely and making the lines free from all obsticles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothely by filling water the operator will carried out in suitable length by blocking the first and last man hole of path and removing the silts/edge out of defence land all as specified and dircted.
Dewatering of Soak well/pit/septic tank any size/capacity including sludge by discharging the sewage water into a sealed tanker with hanze pipe system including vehicle, complaint and disposing outside cantt area all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Material & labour salt glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified internal diameter of pipe 150 mm including demoiltion of pipe.
M & L concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 for 150 mm dia pipe work in foul position complete all as specified and directed.
M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drains complete all as specified and directed.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation manholes etc and getting out in loose/soft soil.
M & L 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
Material & labour for brick work with fly ash bricks built in CM (1:6) straight or curved exceeding 6mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.
Material & labour for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks in CM (1:6) straight or curved exceeding 6mtr mean radius Except bricks including cleaning and reusing old bricks complete all as specified and directed.
M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and benching and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating & necessary formwork as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M & L rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc
Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as pecified and directed.
Demolition cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below of above ground level) un-reinforced as in PCC benching PCC bed, PCC sub-base etc.
S & F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking banding spirally including binding with annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
All as per item No 16.00 here-in-before above but 6 to 8 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls as in soak well/septic tank etc complete ( cast in situ) including as per requirement of form work including demolition of RCC complete all as specified and directed.
M& L Cement concrete as in cover slabs (for manholes etc PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6.including as per requirement of form work and Demolition RCC.
M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2, 75 mm thick (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3mm thick and 38 mm wide glass strips as in floor complete all as specified and directed .
Supply and fix in repair PVC Pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls including stack clamps out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts, laid under floors etc. 110 mm bore as in waste and rain water pipes complete all as specified & directed.
Supply and fix in repair PVC bends 110 mm bore, any radius complete all as specified & directed.
S&F in repair PVC (SWR),110mm junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal

M&L 60 mm thick, interlocking paver block PCC type M-35 with grey cement & pigment, of shape approved by GE, in paths over & including 25 mm thick sand cushioning bed complete all as specified and directed.
M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors With Grey Cement and pigment laid over including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 300mm bore with collars, laid and jointed, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed (Excavation & earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for rectifying seepage by repairing the nahani traps, floor traps, broken floor and wall tiles, filling the gaps in the tiles, using white cement or other means neccesary to stop/rectify the seepage including replacement of damage/faulty traps with the new traps completely complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coates of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
