SPECIAL REPAIR FOR TRANSFORMER AND CONNECTED ITEMS AGAINST BER IN MIL STN KALUCHAK UNDER GE KALUCHAK

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of oil cooled, Copper wound step down "BIS marked as per Electrical transformer (Quality control) order, 2014 issued by ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises & BEE star labelled as per DT notification issued by ministry of power" transforemr of capacity 250 KVA plinth mounted outdoor type with latest feature complete with standard fitted HT 11KV 3 phase, LT 433V 3 phase 4 wire, 50C/S oil immersed, naturally cooled (ONAN) externally cooling tube delta connection on primary HT 11KV side and star connection on secondary LT 433V in accordance with vector symbol, Dyn 11 (vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) with 7 tape position ranging at +/-7.5% in steps of 2.5% each on HV side and to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear including first filling of new transformer oil as per IS:335 (mineral oil) of dielectirc strength not less than 55KV with all fitting and accessories such as LT box with cable gland, HT box with cable gland, Silica gel, breather, Oil level indicator gauge, drain out valve (oil tank), exhaust vent, air release valve, temp gauge, cast iron wheel etc. comply with EEL-3 IS 1180 (Part-1)-2014 with amendment No.4 having total losses @ 50% load 864W & total losses @ 100%load 2488W, including follwing items/accessories as per note below complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 01 above but 200 KVA but having total losses @ 50% load 603W & total losses @ 100%load 1911W complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 01 above but 160 KVA but having total losses @ 50% load 513W & total losses @ 100%load 1547W complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 01 above but 100 KVA but having total losses @ 50% load 392W & total losses @ 100%load 1365W Note for ser item No 01 to 04. a) cable end box on HT side suitable for 95sqmm 3 core XLPE cable b) Cable end box on LV side suitable LT XLPE cable c) Oil conservator with filter type frain valve and oil level gauge d) Dehyderating breather with first fill dehyderating agent (silica gel) e) Explosion vent f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover g) One no 100mm dia , dial type thermometer , vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celcius with metal guard having maximim perimeter reading , temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer. h) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilate fixing of 32x6mm GI earth strip for earthing of neutral body. i) Name, rating, diagram plate and terminal making plate j) Oil level gauge k) Oil drain/filter valve l) Lifting lugs

Supply, laying, testing, comissioning in replacement of HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for switch Air Break Gang Operated for 11 KV grade, Triple Pole vertically mounted having 12 insulator and fitted on steel frame suitabe for, current rating 400 Amps, mechanically operated mechanism consisting of Operating Rod of GI Pipe 25mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ of suitable Length worked From Ground Level and with Locking Arrangement Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamp 50x6mm including Expulsion Fuse, Single Pole, Channel type/ drop out type suitable as per Site requirement with Working Pressure 11 KV grade of capacity 20-50 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Lightning Arrester Expulsion type complete with all Fittings Transmission Class discharge capacity 65 KA suitablefor working pressure of 11000 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for end termination heat shrink outdoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthling complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal & common salt & electrode connected to and including galvanised earth strip 25x4mm as earthling lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron and GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia connected to earth point , GI pipe light grade 20 mm dia for watering funnel with wire mesh all as specified & indicated in Electric plate no 3 of SSR 2009 part I complete .
