Fabrication, erection & painting of Double pole cable exposure on S.T. Pole 11 Mtr long with fixing of channel , angle pin & pin insulator,D.O set and making bus bar complete work with earthing by earth rod 20x2500 mm for 11 KV Line as per RESSPO drawings.
Grouting & Plinthing of single ST pole as per RESPO Norms (0.268 Cum)

Laying of 11 KV (3 x 185) sq. mm XLPE Cable by digging of trench 1.2 mtr deep vide as per ISS in HDPE pipe PN-6, 6" dia including providing bricks, sand, stone slab the inter exel spacing bettween to cable shoulde be in between 0.25 m to 0.40 m as required at site as per RESPO Norms.
Stringing & sagging of three phase 11 KV line on ACSR Dog conductor as per RESSPO Norms.
Stringing & sagging of three phase 33 KV line on ACSR Dog conductor as per RESSPO Norms.
Fixing of earth rod (2500 x 20) mm as per norms. For earthing support of old existing poles of LT lines including 6 SWG GI/Earth wire . (All Materials provided by contractor)
Nozeling & grouting of 11 KV stay set complete.(All the civil material will be be provided by Contractor)
Nozeling & grouting of 33 KV stay set complete.(All the civil material will be be provided by department.)
Placement of 11/0.4 KV T/Fs on S/S Type D/P &installation, commissioning of 25 KVA to 100 KVA T/F including cost of L-pieces and lugs jumpering with the system with painting as per RESSPO norms. ( All the required martial for above job shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs)
High Pressure testing of 33 KV & 11 KV XLPE cable. Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor.
