Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories ( each story of height upto 3.5 metre from floor level) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing and fixing Granite stone slab mirror polished and machine edge cut in walls, pillars, steps, Shelves, Sills Counters, Floors etc. laid on 12mm (Av.) thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete. Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing stone slab covering of required size over drains including filling of joints with cement sand mortar 1:3 complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Average thickness 40 to 50 mm

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed vitrified tiles of colour standard white, grey, ivory, fume, red brown, light green, light blue, and other light shades with water absorption less than or equal to 0.08% confirming to IS : 13753 & IS : 15622 in floor, steps etc laid on bed on neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on wall and pillar) Size 600mm x 600mm

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long nose bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 810 gms. 15 mm nominal bore.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
