M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary use & waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED light fitting, pole 3.5m made of spun aluminium with extruded aluminium alloy grade 6063 and non corrosive SS fasteners and with pole dimensions of 3.5mtr length, 100 mm dia,base plate of thickness12 mm and 250mm dia with 4 elongated holes to suit M16 bolts at CC 140 and cable entry hole of 45mm, 4 Nos of M16 bolts of size 300mm long including necessary Nuts and washers, door arrangement to be provided at a hight of 20-30 cm from the bootom with necessary TPN Bekalite connectors and 1A SP MCB. LED light fitting of 60 Watt housing made of aluminium die cast, LED colour temperature 3000K, CRI>80, including SPD of 6KV, PF>0.95, TH<10% and light distribution 120 Degrees with polycarbonate opal diffuser with IP 65 protection. Make Klite Cat No- 27034-350--30-120-000-MGP -003-003 or equivalent in Bajaj/Crompton/Philips complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Quoted rates shall inclusive of Electrical connection from bottom of the pole to the light fitting. (ii) Quoted rates shall inclusive of necessary foundation bolts,nuts and washers of suitable size. (iii) Quoted rates shall inclusive of necessary PCC foundation and excavation required for erection of pole as per OEm recommendation. (iv) Quoted rates shall inclusive of old light fittings and old cables.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in , excavated soil including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms each any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials/soil to a distance of not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the staring point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying HDPE double wall corrugated pipes confirming to IS-14930 Part II for cable protection of size 50mm OD and 38mm ID including all acessories such as bend, end caps and couplers etc,, complete incl taking down old DWC pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated, heavy duty 1100 volt grade electric armoured LT UG cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 4 Core in trenches/along the wall/including making all connections, saddles, spacers complete with aluminium lugs as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation/earth work in any strata, removal surplus soil, PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, chamber with RCC cover 1:2:4, type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both ways, 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, GI funnel with GI wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl. Charcoal dust, salt in layers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip of 25x4 mm by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point or disconnecting / testing link including excavation/ earth work in any strata, removal of surplus earth, 20 mm GI pipe for watering and GI funnel with GI wire mesh, GI Pipe medium grade 40mm dia for earth lead protection,PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, chamber with RCC cover 1:2:4, type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both ways, main earth lead upto 7.5 mtr incl charcoal dust, salt in layers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Multistandarded Copper Conductor cable of 3 Core 1.5 Sq mm size drawn through steel tubular poles for interconnection of cable looping box to Street Light Fitting, Post Top Lantern etc complete all as specified and as directed.
