INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Material and labour for point wiring complete all as specified with 1100 Volts grade 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking in and including non metallic PVC rigid conduit medium grade of size 19mm dia with all accessories concealed in wall / ceiling including continous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly including modular metal flush boxes concealed in walls and modular white plate covers for mounting of modular switches/sockets/fan regulators etc complete all as specified for the following:- (a) One light / fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One three pin switch socket 5/6 amps outlet on independent board.

(c) One three pin switch socket 5/6 amps outlet on same board.

(d) One light point controlled by two two way switches.

(e) One bell point controlled by one bell push.

All as per item No 14 here in before but with cable 4 sqmm multi stranded copper FRLS wire , 1100 Volts grade, unsheathed for one 3 pin socket out let 15 amps on independent board including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 4 sqmm copper stranded conductor FRLS, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified

M&L for TV socket outlet, one module complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F decorative wall light fixture made of polycarbonate (City 3 model of Havells/ equivalent) suitable to fix and including 9W retrofit LED lamp with B-22 base complete with all fixing arangement.

M & L for Electrolytic Grade solid annealed Copper conductor,Jelly Field, Aluminium Foiled and Aluminium wire Braided co-axial TV cables RG 06 (Foam) type drawn through existing PVC conduit.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less' than 1.5meters below normal ground level, earth plate connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR-2009 (part I Specifications) connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and adequate quantity of common salt & charcoal for alternate layer around the earth plate, including PCC (1:2:4) pit and 10mm thick C.I. cover with arrangement of hinge to 40x40x6mm C.I. angle iron frame, including 20mm dia G.I. pipe for watering purpose with the arrangement of funel and wire mess, including GI pipe of 15 dia for earth lead protection complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of valve chamber with inner clear dimension of size 900 x 900 mm x 900 mm deep with 200mm thick PCC block masonary walls built in CM 1:6 over 100 mm thick foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2, (Using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate) with 100 mm off set, 15mm thick complete internal plaster and external plaster up to a depth of 15 cm below GL in CM (1:6), 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, double door welded to 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed with hold fasts in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping 50 mm thick in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 20mm x 6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement including lock sixty five mm, brass and keys(Godrej/Shell), MS handles and applying two coats of synthetic eanmel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil /soft disintegrated rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

M&L for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the allignment and gradient by haidrolic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, HDPE pipe PN 10 of size 100 mm in any length including jointing materials to carry LT UG cables of size upto 70 Sqmm and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorites complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar box, factory made, CPRI approved, outdoor type floor mounting with channel iron pedestal frame made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer body and 2 mm thick for inner partition, compartmental type, dust proof, free standing, suitable for working on440 volts 3 phase 50 Hz A C supply, vermin proof, front and rear opening, hinged doors etc powder coated as per seven tank process and IP 65 protection, cable alley, cable entry hole at the bottom, earth strip 25x4mm , 3 phase and neutral copper bus bar suitable capacity with non adhesive color coded insulation sleeves mounted on insulators, drilled holes on bus bar strips for tapping including nuts bolts and washers, copper strips of suitable size for connecting MCCB, Digital Voltmeter, digital ammeter with suitable rated CTs, LED phase indication lamps & PCC works complete all as specified and direc ted with the following switch gears:-

S & F hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal diamensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 2 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixied on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 mm x 3 mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed.

DESERT COOLER

Supply and install Window type Desert cooler electric driven single phase AC 230V,50Hz,copper wound as per IS, 3 speed, 70L capacity, Blower type Fan, 4000 cum per hour,150 Sqft minimum cooling area, Engineering plastic body, Auto louver and oscillation function with castor wheels at the bottom, Auto fill Mosquito net,Honey comb model and Beige / White in colour and including suitable metal stand all as pecified and directed. NOTE: The rate includes the provision of seperate metal stand madeup of suitable channel thickness to hold the weight of desert cooler,of suitable height so as to match with the window height and painted in black/blue .The rate also includes connection of float valve for auto control of water with the water pipe and control valve arrangement given in the schedule all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
