Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0mtrs mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0mtrs mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete M-20(1:1.5:3), type A-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs and similar articles with plain faces as specified in clause No- 4.11.16 of SSR Part-I (2009), set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for laying sewage line, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of 150mm bore, set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm crushed stone aggregates) as in bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; after laying, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes, internal 150mm, laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1, complete all as specified and as directed .

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregates) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, internal dia of pipe in 150mm, complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25Cm, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, to a distance exceeding 50mtrs but not exceeding 250 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for cleaning of choked WC (any type), manually or mechanically like rodding from WC to manhole and flushing with water after taking out existing manholes covers, removing the sludge and other materials blocking WC, including buried the sludge in the pits and filling/ leveling of soil in pits after burying the sludge, complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for non-skid, coloured, ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of size 400x400mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry (3kg cement per sqm) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface/ dado, size 300x450x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/ colour of tiles including laid over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580x440mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to dismantled floor in cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), fixing in repair, complete all as specified and as directed .

PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, capacity 10.0 litres and making good to dismantled/ damaged floor/ surfaces, fixing in repair, complete all as specified and as directed .

Vitreous China urinal half stall flat back, size of 465x355x265mm white (minimum), including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; including and flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe, complete fixing in repair, complete all as specified and as directed .

Vitreous China wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper including brackets of any size, including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including fixing and supply of waste pipe of 32mm dia, waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded), fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed .
