Fibre Dustbin 2 Nos wet and dry container, minimum capacity 40 ltr each mounted on mild steel pipe of 65mm vertical 03 Nos pipe, horizontal 01 No pipe of 40mm dia including lid, applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and embedding the MS frame in concrete complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard and dense soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exc 250 but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks , old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over fair faces of brick / concrete ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved tint, complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riverted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, raillings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
