Design,Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the 200 TR net capacity at actual condtions for R 134a , Air cooled screw chillers including its drive motors ,condensors, condensor fans, expansion device , micro processor control with RS-485 port,nessary operational and safety devices, placed on the concrete pedestal ,including loading , unloading , rigging and transportation upto chiller location with necessary spring vibration isolators, flow switch, victaulic couplings, canopy for chiller control panel, etc. at the following conditions. Ambient temperature 96 ̊F / 78˚F WBT, chilled water inlet temp is 52.8˚ F and outlet temp is 42.8˚ F ,Fouling Factor 0.0005 ft2/h/°F/BTU for Chiller as per specification.(2W+1S)
CHILLED WATER PRIMARY PUMPS :
Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of centrifugal End Suction Long Coupled Top Discharge Chilled Water Primary Pumps with high efficency (EFF#1) electric drive motor, as per technical specifications (impellers and wearing rings made of bronze, priming funnel and air purging provision with valves and with necessary grouting, foundation bolts, etc.) including customs clearance and transportation to site. Inertia base Foundation for pumps shall be carried out by hvac contractor until or unless stipulated else where otherwise. All pumps shall be mounted with necessary vibration isolators. Each Pump capacity shall be 480 USGPM @ 20 mt. head as per specifications and approved drawings (2 working + 1 standby ).

Common Panel with suitable controller to control 4 Nos. Pumps separately. as per specs and drawing. Including sensor, transmiter, control wiring etc complete in all respect. AIR & DIRT SEPERATOR
Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of In-line Air & Dirt Separator. removing of free air, bubbles and microbubbles in combination with separation and removal of dirt particles within chilled water system. The acceptable design shall incorporate a separating element to force water into tranquillity zones for air and dirt removal. A nozzle shall force de-aerated water into the main flow to divert contaminated water through the separating element. A high capacity, conical brass automatic air vent shall be installed on the top of the vessel for air discharge. Drain valve for removal of floating debris and dirt. Heavier than water dirt particles shall be removed via a blow down valve on the base of the vessel whilst ferrous particles down to 4 µm shall be captured by a magnetic device in the lower part of the vessel.Manufactured and designed in accordance with European Pressure Equipment Directive .The Microbubble Air and Dirt Separator shall be sized appropriate to the maximum operating pressure and flow velocity 1160 USGPM of the system. as per the specifications and approved drawings.

Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 phase and Neutral 415V 4 wire Free Standing Floor mounted MV panel made out of 14 SWG MS sheet after seven tank process and painting with Epoxy powder coating. The panel shall consist of suitable rating TPN Aluminium busbar (at the rating of 0.8A/ Sq.mm) supported with DMC/ SMC barriers and color coded with Heat shrinkable sleeves. The Metering shall be provided as specified. The panel shall have Short circuit withstanding capacity of minimum 50KA and consist of the switchgear as mentioned below. The panel shall be got fabricated from manufacturers with CPRI Test certificate only. The PCC shall have atleast two spare cubicles suitable for maximum outgoing feeders rating. The size of all Panel Mounting Meters shall be 96X96mm. The Panels shall be mounted on U channels including supply and fixing of the same.
