DISMANTLING & DEMOLITION:- Taking down existing MCB DB of any type/make complete with discconecting of all electric wires and removing of all MCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing Main LT panel of any type/make with discconecting all electric connection with removing of MCCB, MCB, relays, digital meters, etc. and keep in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY :- Supply & fixing 15mm dia Two way bib taps (Fancy type),cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron/CPVC pipes complete all as specified.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION:- S & F Electric ding dong bell, AC. 230 volts, single pole all as specified and directed.

S & F BEE energy efficient BLDC high-speed ceiling fan having 1200 mm blade sweep, air-flow not less than 210 CMM, operating voltage 220-240 V and frequency 50 Hz, including a down road of suitable size and electrical connection with 3 core flexible Cu conductor cable of appropriate size from ceiling rose to the fan complete all as specified and directed.

S & F energy efficient non-metallic fresh air fan having blade sweep 250 mm, air delivery not less than 860 CMH, operating voltage 220-240 V and frequency 50 Hz, including electrical connection with 3 core flexible Cu conductor cable of appropriate size from ceiling rose to the fresh-air fan complete all as specified and directed. S & F Vertical triple pole & neutral (VTPN), double door, 8-way metallic modular distribution board conforming to IEC 61439-3, suitable for flush / surface mounting with provision for FP MCCB as incomer and TPN/SP MCBs as outgoing, reversible metal door, 200 A copper busbar for each phase, fully insulated & shrouded neutral bar, earth bar, wiriest & cable ties for cable management, profited masking sheet, etc. having IK 09 & IP 43 protection complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:- Material and Labour for construction of brick masonary valve chamber internal diamensions 900 x 900 x 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Reverse Osmosis plant of output capacity of 50 litres per hour complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of civil works, raw water/clear water storage tank, softner, plumbing and electrical works, etc. all as per manfacturer's specifications. Cutting of existing road, concrete/ bituminous surface by using of mechanical method of any type complete all as specified and directed Note:-PCC in 1:2:4 for making good road surfaces shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M & L for Addition & Alteration by cutting , welding and fabrication etc for making space for fixing of MCCB into existing feeder pillar box and supply and fixing 1 No MCCB 4 pole, 250 Amps, 415 volts ICU of 36 KA with microprocessor release and adjustable overload 70 % to 100 % inclluding making incoming and outgoing electrical connections , making good to panel surface by painting with existing colour paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissinoning outdoor type LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase ,4 wire ,415 volts, AC ,50Hz , cubicle type, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and suitable sized angle iron and flat duly powder coated painting and shall be any CPRI approved manufacturer as approved by GE. Panel shall have front and rear opening, mechanical type locking arrangement, cable alleys, bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment ,hinged door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, aluminium bus bar TPN 160 Amps duly covered with heat shrink sleeves duly colour coaded fixed on DMC/SMC insulators, housed in a separate bus bar chamber and control wiring with copper conductor cables of adequate size and length, incoming and outgoing MCCBs shall have extended bus bar links and the panel board shall be mounted on mild steel angle iron frame of size 50x50x3 mm duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel over a red oxide primer with necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc and necessary civil work/PCC foundation as per site requirement and approved by GE complete all as specified and directed including comprising of following:- (a) MCCB 250 Amps,4P,36 KA,415 volts,50Hz - 1 No (b) MCCB 63 Amps, TPN 4P,10 KA, 'C' curve 415 Volts, 50 Hz - 03 Nos (c) MCB 32 Amp SPN, 10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts (d) Digital voltmeter,with VSS -01 set (e) Digital, Ammeter,with CTs & ASS-01 set (f) LED phase indication lamps RYB-01 set

REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING:- Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type, wall mounted type & desined for input variation betweeen 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stablizaed at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 3.0 KVA suitable for 2.0 TR AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory fabricated mild steel stand suitable for installation of out door unit of split type air conditioner fixing arrangement with anchoring bolts on wall surface at suitable height as per site condition complete all as specified and directed.
