Construction of Paver Block road from Sakimuddin house to Karbala Field at Amlabari under Surjapur II GP

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specifications Clause 201 for Rural Roads of MORD. By Mechanical Means In area of non-thorny jungle

(I) Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size excluding shuttering) In ground floor (A) [Pakur Variety] (a) 1:3:6 proportion

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of GF) a) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

(c)60 mm thick interlocking designer concrete paver block M 35 grade for light-traffic zone,commercial & office complex,touristresortasperIS:15658-2006(over20-40mm medium sand bed on250 mmthk WBM/WMM base course & 250 mm thk bound gnaular /granular sub-base course including costof sand for sand bed but excluding costof base ,sub-base course & subgrade preparation.)

Earth work in excavation from borrow pits arranged by the Contractor and depositing in layers of 250mm. including breaking clods in embankment works and to fill up back of abutments, depressions and ruts with an initial lead of 50m. and initial lift upto 1.5 m. making bundhs at top as directed dressing complete. (Borrow pit measurement) In ordinary soil. with Carried earth lead up to 1km.

Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 900 x 750 x 37 mm. thick made with RCC 1:1½:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC fabric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. of height 2.65 m. of which top 750 mm. is of section 100 x 13 mm. and 1.90 metre above GL & 0.75 metre below GL including digging hole, repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stone chips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge. (The rate is inclusive of cost of reinforcement, concrete, shuttering, nuts & bolts, washer etc. complete.)
