Transporting of submersible pump and motor 1 HP from various location in (AF) Stn BKT to contractor workshop, dismantling and carrying out necessary repairs to pump and motor, reassembling after replacement of items & carryout job as in subsquent item and transporting back to site and testing to entire satisfaction of EIC. (Note:- Spare parts required will be measured & paid separately here in after)

Supply only bushes, lock, key bowel etc for item No 1 here in before.

Supply only impeller for item No 01.00 here in before.

Supply only thurst bearing plate for item No 1 here in before.

Supply sand guard for item No 1 here in before.

Supply only Submersible cable 2.5 sqmm 3 core copper conductor with suitable clips complete all as directed. (make:-Finolex/ polycab).

M & L for Refilling / remetalling of motor shaft , turning to bring it in original size,shape and polishing of submersible shaft of to match the existing size against item No 1 above.

Supply only Bushes of submersible motor as per manufracture's design and specification against item No 1 here in before

Labour for Cutting out the existing winding from stator and M&L for rewinding of submersible motor 1 HP with exisitng size of copper wire against item No 1 above.

Transportation of submersible pump and motor of cap 15 to 30 HP 3 Phase pump house at any location transporting to contractors workshop, dismantling for carrying out necessary repairs to motor or pump, transporting it back to site/store yard and testing after replacement of items & jobs as in subsquent item to the entire satisfaction of EIC. (Note:- Spare parts required will be measured & paid separately here in after)

Labour only for Cutting out the existing winding of stator of submersible motor of 30 HP,three phase and M&L rewinding with PVC copper wire of existing size complete including varnishing etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for taking out / lifting from bore well submersible pump set of 15 to 30 HP capacity from bore well including column pipe and connection cable, fitting through providing tripod assembly with chain pully in different locations of bore well and dismantling of cable, pumpset etc complete all as directed.

M & L for lowering of Pumpset any size of capacity 15 to 30 HP with existing column pipe including replacement of rubber packing and jointing cable & lowering and testing of Pump set for satisfactory run complete all as directed with column pipe.

M & L for taking out submersible pump set of 1 HP capacity from bore well including column pipe and connection cable, fitting through providing tripod assembly with chain pully in different locations of bore well and dismantling of cable, pumpset etc complete all as directed.

M & L for lowering of Pumpset any size of capacity 1 HP with existing column pipe including jointing cable & lowering and testing of Pump set for satisfactory run with column pipe complete all as directed .

M & L for replacement of submersible cable PVC insulated, overall PVC sheathed ,flat 10 Sqmm 3 core with copper conductor multistranded all as specifed & directed . Make-Finolex/Plaza/CCI/Havells/Polycap.

S&F in repairs PVC insulated copper conductor multistand submersible flat cable 4 sqmm , 3 core including jointing and testing complete all as specified. Make :- Finalix/RR Kable (Asian)/L&T/Plycub

M&L for D joint comlete with all accessories suitable for 150 mm bore CI pipe line complete all as directed .

Supply and fixing gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both end for GI pipe and fixed in 15mm dia bore including taking down old unserviceable valves . Make-Leader/Zalato/Kireloshkar/L&T

M & L for Repair to brick masonry valve pit chamber by reconstructing of broken valve pit chamber brick wall, plastering on exterior walls in CM 1:6 and plastering internally in CM 1:4 of existing size of 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm (internal size) including required excavation and earth work in sooft/loose soil and disposal of soil to a distance of not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing all as directed.

M & L for construction of brick masonary valve chamber with 3.00 mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 x40x6 mm duly painted with two coat of black bituminous paint over coat of red oxide primer with and including all necessary earth work, excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removed of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr, PCC work, brick work, plastering etc with necessary lacking arrangement with 50 mm size one No. Lock complete of internal size 1200x1200x1200mm complete.

M & L for painting of valve pit / chamber cover made of MS sheet cover complete all as directed and specified by EIC

Supply,Installation,Commissioning & testing mono block pump set Electric driven of capacity 1 HP single phase 230Volts,50Hz AC having 25mm delivery size directly coupled including DOL starter of suitable capacity with necessary fixing arrangement and foundation in repair etc. complete all as specified & directed. Make :- Kirloskar/ CG/KSB

M&L to repair suction sweeper assembly complete with pumping set 2 HP and spring loaded nylon brush including replacement of unserviceable parts at swimming pool of AF Stn BKT and testing as directed by EIC.

Supply & testing with orthodine solution (in 500 ml pack), complete all as approved & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting existing of CI pipe line of 100/150/80mm dia & inserting 'T' of size 100mm/150mm/80 mm including earth work complete Note : Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for CI fittings such as bends( any type, angle and radious ) tapers any type(straight,bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket or double flanged ) Tee pieces, single branch, Y junction, double branch , cross ( all sockets or socket and spigot or flanged) collers, caps, plugs etc complete all as specified and directed (joints excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for nut and bolt of different sizes as per requirement.

M & L for gland filling of Sluice Valves/Pumps complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for CI flange Joint with rubber or fibre board gasket suitable for 150mm bore CI pipe.

M & L for repairing of existing water leakage/ line blockage/gate valve blockage etc on 15 mm to 25 mm bore GI pipe line in SMQ/any buildings at (AF stn BKT) including replacement of cracked/ broken nipple/ elbow/ union/ long screw if required to make leak proof complete including threading/ cutting of pipe as required at site to ensure smooth water supply including arrangement of all T&P and ledder for climbing to roof of SMQ /bldgs and excavation & earth work if any all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as item No 70 above but 32 to 50 mm bore GI pipe

Taking out sluice valves /NRV of 80 to 150 mm bores and removing the same from site complete all as specified.

M & L for Transporting of centrifugal pumpset of capacity 10 HP from swimming pool of AF Stn BKT to Lucknow workshop, dismantling and carrying out following repairs to pump and motor including painting ,reassembling after replacement of following items & jobs and transporting back to site/store yard and testing to entire satisfaction of EIC. (Note :- Spare parts shall be measured & paid sapartely).

Cutting and taking out burnt winding of motor of 10 HP capacity and rewinding with same with size of copper wire as per existing quantity including varnishing backing and making connection all as directed . (Note :- Spare parts required will be measured & paid seprately here in after).
